The host was gracious, helpful and very accommodating. He even gave us good recommendations for site seeing and how to navigate to the sites. Vi bodde på Dorne Suite i 10 dager, og var fornøyd med beliggenheten som lå et par minutter fra den store handlegaten Istiklal Cadessi. Mange spisesteder i umiddelbar nærhet. Det står i beskrivelsen at det er daglig rengjøring, men det var ingen rengjøring i de dagene vi bodde der, og håndklær ble kun skiftet når vi ba om det, likeså påfyll av toalettpapir. Men det var likevel fint å bo i en leilighet når vi skulle være der såpass lenge. Resepsjonisten var også hyggelig og hjelpsom.

I love the location, 2 mins to Istiklal St, in the middle between Taksim Square and Galata Tower. The room is clean and quite big, fits us with 3 kids. The day we checked out there were protest, polices blocked mostly all alleys in Istiklal street, but we didnt have issued out to the airport and got transportation, Mr Reza and the hotel's manager arranged everyting including spoke to the police supervisor in charge, they are very care about their guest.

I recently stayed at this hotel apartment in Istanbul for 8 days, and it was an excellent experience. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near all amenities. The reservation desk was very prompt in addressing all concerns. The units are very intimate, but they have more than everything that you might need for your stay including hotplates, utensils, etc. Of course it is an easy five minute walk to the famous pedestrian Istiklal Street. Furthermore, it is a pleasant walk downhill to the Topane T1 tram station. However, on the way back, its best to take the tunnel from Karakoy to Galata, and walk down Istiklal Street. The receptionist has very limited knowledge of english, and while the owner is very flexible if you reach out to him, the receptionist is a bit strict with everything. So if you have any special requests, best to touch base with the owner directly. The place is neat and tidy, and it was a pleasure to stay there.
