Nice stay

Good stay, great view and clean apartment. We stayed in winter (mid January) and it was pretty cold at night, AC was working but still I think it's much nicer when it's warmer outside. One "minus" is that check-out is at 9 am, which is too early. And also its on top of the hill so its pretty steep if you walking there.

Black mould visible on walls, ceiling and all over the bathroom. Staff were lovely but only one person on the property at any time and no way to draw their attention if they were occupied. The vacant block opposite allows a beautiful view. Away from the touristic area which was a deliberate choice but the poorly maintained paths made access with luggage difficult. Laundry was returned still damp in a plastic bag and no tea/coffee making facilities available before 9am. Would not pass health and safety regulations in any western country. Disappointing because from outside it looks perfect and has so much potential. The owner keeps her distance and communicates via WhatsApp messages..

Unless you must, see other places

Very old bed and all other stuff in the room including towels etc. Barely the place is taking care of and not updated shower, restroom and all the stuff that one needs in a room. Unless you have to, I suggest other places. We were in the room #1, main floor with separate entrance. Upstairs were making noise and moving chairs or furnitures around long after 12 midnight... we couldn't sleep. İ called the manager to let her know. The furniture explanations came from her.

Tolle ruhige Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne! Danke. Die Infrastruktur in den Zimmern entspricht dem Preis (eher günstig). Die Insel ist perfekt um an einem ruhigen Ort ausserhalb von Istanbul zu übernachten.

Genel olarak her şey çok iyiydi, oda çok ferah ve konforluydu. Jakuzi de gayet düzgün çalışıyordu. Sadece kahvaltı servisi 11 de bitmesine rağmen 10:50’de servis acmadilar bir de aynı gün terasa yemek servisi istedik boş olmasına rağmen teras dolu denilip servisi yukarı açmadılar yine. Onun dışında her sey mukemmeldi, tekrar adaya gelsem kesinlikle tekrar gelirim.

Otelin konumu eşyalarınızı rahat taşıyabileceğiniz yada başka bir yere gitmek istediğinizde kolay ulaşılabileceğiniz bir yerde değil malesef temizlik açısından vasat ve yıpranmış vaziyette duşu kullanamadık bile otelde su için sebilleri mevcut gönül rahatlığıyla su içebilirsiniz. Deniz manzarası güzel evet ama üst katta değil girişte ve otelde durmak bile istemediğiniz için manzaranın da bir anlamı kalmıyor. Puanlara ve yorumlara bakarak biraz da mecburiyetten kaldım ama kötü bir deneyim oldu.

Tuvalet banyo

Büyükada’da Elisa Butik Otel’de 1 gece konakladık. Vapurdan indikten sonra otele yürüyerek yaklaşık 18 dakikada ulaştık. Yolun bir kısmı yokuş olsa da yürümeyi tercih ettik; bu sayede adayı keşfetme fırsatımız oldu ve araç kullanmaya gerek duymadık. Otelin internet sitesindeki görsellere bakarak odamızın üst katta olduğunu düşünmüştük. Ancak otele vardığımızda odanın giriş katında olduğunu gördük ve bu durum açıkçası hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Otel açıklamalarında oda kat bilgisi yer almıyordu; sadece “deniz manzaralı” ifadesi vardı. Bu nedenle fotoğraflar biraz yanıltıcı olabilir. Yine de manzara görsellerdeki gibiydi. Otelden genel olarak çok yüksek bir beklentimiz yoktu, ancak tuvalet ve banyo konusunda ciddi bir memnuniyetsizlik yaşadık. Maalesef aşırı kötü bir koku vardı ve bu yüzden duş almak ya da banyoyu kullanmak istemedik. Bu konuya otelin daha fazla özen göstermesi gerektiğini düşünüyoruz.

Konaklamamız güzel geçti. Isıtma, manzara, temizlik, yemekler gibi aklınıza gelebilecek her şey oldukça iyidi. Oldukça memnun kaldım. Manzaranın keyfini iyice çıkarmak için dışardaki masada oturmanız lazım bu yüzden yazın gitmenizi daha çok tavsiye ederim. Sadece tuvalet temiz olmasına rağmen kötü bi koku geliyodu. Ulaşım taksiyle oldukça cüzi bi ücretle sağlanıyo. Yokuş yukarı çıkmak zor, inerken güzel :)

Tavsiye ederim.

Güler yüzlü işletmecilerin olduğu temiz, çok hoş manzarası olan tatlı bir otel. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Otel içi fiyatlar da çok makul cana yakın arkadaşlar çalışıyor, biz ufak bi sakatlık sebebi otelden pek çıkamadık ama otel adanın en güzel yerinde olduğundan pek etkilenmedik.
