Cute room with everything needed for a short stay. Nice breakfast but unfortunately was very cold this time of year and dining area is in a garden type gazebo with little heat. Sure it is fine other times of year. Great staff

Staff loud in the mornings, woke me up two days in a row at 07:00. Also they have a “spa” 1 hour for 40€, however the jacuzzi wasn’t working yet they charged full price, I complained but very little was done about it, I was charged full price anyways. Also restaurant recommendations from staff were awful.

We had a lovely room. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager arranged a couple of tours for us and we were picked up at the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding with many hot and cold choices. The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from the Grand Bazaar.

朝食付きで朝はゆったりと優雅なガラス張りのスペースで頂けます。コーヒーも無料で飲めるので庭でゆっくりカフェタイムもできました。周りの雑踏から隔離されているのでそこも良かったです。イスタンブールは坂と石畳が多いのでここだけではないですがスーツケースをトラムの駅から移動するのには少し苦労しました。1点シャワールームがカビ臭い匂い(排水溝の問題？)があったので星4にしました。

I would like to commend Umit and Alaaddin for their professionalism and excellent service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly,friendly , which immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. Umit and Alaadin are genuinely caring person's, they don’t do it as a profession, they care for there guests like a family Unit & Alaadin demonstrated outstanding communication skills, providing clear information about hotel facilities. They were attentive, approachable, and ensured that I felt well looked after throughout my stay. Overall, the high standard of service at reception by Umit & Alaadin truly enhanced my experience at the hotel. We love the area - we shop for leather nearby so it's perfect for us. The only 3 star review was that the hotel advertized having a spa, but it was under construction. It was not a big deal for me, but seems rather dishonest. Otherwise, all was really great. The staff were very friendly and our room was spacious and clean.

Check in:I had to argue in the check in as receptionist said my son was not in the reservation or the room was not suitable for him. I told this was not my business as I booked for 3 people and any issue is on them for allowing the reservation to be done. After some unnecessary stress, we were given the room and stayed 2 nights without any issue. Room: clean, nice decoration, comfortable bed, good towels and shower. Breakfast: Too basic , one type of (not natural) juice (no ice, not cold). However it was not an issue for us. Location: although in an ugly area with lot of disorganised stores (they store the boxes in the small sidewalks and we have to walk in the street), it was not an issue for us as in 2 blocks we could be in nice and touristic places, by walking. Bit complicated with you are with luggage as the taxi parks 30 meters from the hotel and we need to carry in the street made of stones. Overall, I would stay again in the hotel and recommend it. Nice hotel

Eleganza e comfort nel cuore di Istanbul

L’Enderun Hotel è una struttura elegante e ben curata, con un personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente il delizioso patio interno, perfetto per fare colazione in tranquillità. Le stanze sono spaziose, silenziose e ben mantenute, ideali per riposarsi dopo una giornata intensa. La posizione è strategica: a pochi minuti a piedi dallo Street Food, dal Gran Bazar e dalla linea di tram T1, che collega efficacemente molti punti d’interesse della città. Nella hall è presente un’area d’attesa accogliente, con comode poltrone, sofà e una scrivania, ottima per chi ha bisogno di lavorare un po’ al PC. Unico punto da migliorare: la SPA è a pagamento, mentre pensavo fosse inclusa nel soggiorno. Nel complesso, è una scelta eccellente per chi cerca comfort, posizione e un tocco di charme nel centro storico di Istanbul.

Hôtel propre et très correct offrant des facilités car proche de tous les sites touristiques même à pied. Sinon, le tram est juste dans la rue au dessus. Personnel très gentil dans son ensemble. Agréable rotonde dans le jardin le matin pour prendre son petit déjeuner. Pour les plus sensibles à la luminosité, les rideaux ne sont pas occultants et la lumière se diffuse dans la chambre le matin.Un petit bémol concernant le manque de rangement et d'étagères tant dans la salle de bains que dans la chambre. Juste une toute petite armoire. Au troisième étage, une très jolie vue mer. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour d'une semaine. Quartier très animé avec des ateliers de fabrication rendant l'ambiance effervescente et sympatique.

Lovely hotel..

We loved our stay at Enderun Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, our room was clean and well-decorated, and the location was ideal for exploring Istanbul. It felt more like a charming boutique hotel than a standard four-star, which we really appreciated. The excellent coffee machine at breakfast was a bonus! Highly recommended.

A decent hotel in Istanbul

My wife and I recently stayed at the Endurun for 8 nights. If you are reading this review, then know that everything good and bad you've read in the reviews about this hotel is true. The staff are decent people trying to do their jobs. Sometimes it might not be 4 star service. Example, when I asked them to restock water. Manager on site said it wasn't free. I told them not to bother and I will handle the situation myself. Water costs .20 cents u.s. Strangely enough, that night, a regular staff bought us water for free. Example number 2. Istanbul is a city of contrast. You can find anything here if you look for it. Extreme poverty and obscene wealth exists side by side. The Endurun tries to maintain its "4 star" in an industrial area. This is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. It's more accurate to say 3 star at best. Let me be clear, this hotel is not handicap friendly, eco friendly, nor is it the Westin. Example number 3. Safety. This is the gritty part of town but walk 50 feet and the bustling heart of Istanbul is in full view. Istanbul is a living and breathing city. Exercise full common sense when visiting. Overall, I was satisfied with the Endurun considering the price. If I wanted a more sanitized experience, I would have paid for it
