nice apartment near airport

Stayed here last night of holiday as it was very close to airport lovely large clean apartment easy to find and only about 10 minutes to airport i would recommend staying there for short or long stays didnt get a change to check out the pool and gym

le bâtiment de l extérieur est beau . mais la chambre louée est un cauchemar. On a réservé un appartement avec cuisine, 1 lit de 2 place et 2 lits de 1 place pour les enfants. On a eu une chambre sans lit pour les enfants. Juste une banquette pour les 2 enfants âgés de 16 ans et de 8,5 ans. Le matelas des parents était usé. on sentait les resorts dans le dos. Le coin cuisine, que dire, il n'y avait ni four n'y gazinière, ni micro onde, ni plaque juste 3 assiettes, 3 couteaux, 5 verres et une bouilloire. On n'avait pas de balaie, pas de serpillière, les femme de ménage de sont jamais passé. Le système de chasse d'eau ne marché pas. on a passé la moitié de nos vacances à réclamer du papier de toilette une plaque , des serviettes….Les prestations qu'on devaient soit disant avoir pour 5 euros par chambre par séjour écrit noir sur blanc sur notre réservation. On ne les a jamais eu. On nous a réclamé 5 euros par personne pour 1 heure . SCANDALEUX C' EST LA PREMIERE FOIS QUE JE PARS AVEC VOUS ET QUE J'AI UNE TELLE MESAVENTURE

Utterly disappointed

First of all the first impressions were excellent.As I opened my room I tried to switch on the lights only to realise the bulb wasnt working.It took almost an hour for them to fix the bulb and by that time I had to give the maintenance guys space to fix.I realised after that the WiFi wasnt working yet If i had known before booking i would not have booked the hotel. I had to go sit in reception area where the signal was good.I tried to reason with the person in charge they didnt seem to feel for me as they gave me dozen reasons of why the WiFi wasnt working yet it wasnt my business as a customer. When I was about to take my shower in morning there was no hot water.What a disappointment, utterly disappointed and shocked.How are all these things not checked prior to making rooks available for booking.I would not book this hotel in a thousand years.

Herşeyi anlatıyorum, sakin olun... Nerde kaldığını merak eden sayın işletmeci de belki okuyordur. 7. Kat 728 numaralı odada kaldım. Belki bir yardımım dokunur da düzeltirsiniz bazı şeyleri. İlk sorun henüz daha otele varamadan baş gösteriyor. Nerede bu fourtec Kurtköy otel? Binanın önüne geldim, evet resimdeki bina bu. İçine girdim. Efendim ney? Öyle bir otel yok dediler. İleriye sorun dediler. Gittim başka bir beyfendi resepsiyon var burda ona sorun dedi. Evet oradaymış. Önünde vs bu isimde bir şey yok. Oh neyse buldum check in yapıp odama gideyim artık dedim. Verilen anahtarın şekli şemalı hoşuma gitmediğinden bir işkillenme aldı beni. Odaya geldim. İlk iş internete bağlanayım dedim bağlanamadım odada ne bir broşür ne de resepsiyonu arayabileceğiniz telefon yok. Ardından resepsiyona indim şifreyi aldım yine bağlanamadım.(verdikleri internet şifresi yanlıştı). Resepsiyonu kendi telefonundan aradım, yardımcı olacaklarını söyleyip aramadılar bir şey yapmadılar. Gelelim odaya... Odaya girince bir düzensizlik karşılıyor sizi. Odada tüm çekmeceler boş, hiç öyle su olsun, kulak çöpü olsun aramayın ki bunlar en dandik otelde bile artık olan şeyler... Kötü bir tecrübe

Otel binasının bir kaç firma tarafından paylaşılarak müşterilere verildiğini otele varınca öğrendik. Klasik bir resepsiyon bölümü yoktu. Bir bankın arkasında farklı şirketlere ait birer kişi oturuyordu. Herhangi bir üniformaları yoktu. Odasını 1 günlüğüne tuttuğumuz şirketin (Fourtec Kurtkoy Otel) görevlisi bayan yerinde sabit değildi cep telefonu ile ulaşmak zorunda kaldık. Otelin içerisi güven verici değildi. Bize verdikleri odaya çıktığımızda tam bir düş kırıklığı yaşadık. üç kişilik oda tutmamıza rağmen bize önce 2 kişilik yatağı olan ve odada kanepesi de olmayan bir oda verdiler. Aşağıya inip görevliye rezervasyonumuzun 3 kişilik olduğunu söyleyip belgemizi gösterdikten sonra başka bir odayı gösterdiler. bu odaya çıkınca ise yoğun küf kokusu ile karşılaştık. Klima çalışmıyordu ve paneli düşmek üzereydi(resimlerde görüntüsü mevcut)..Yine 2 kişilik bir yatak vardı tek kişilik yatak yoktu. Sadece açılır bir kanepe vardı.Banyoya girince küf kokusunun nedenini anladık. Fotoğraflarda da gösterdiğimiz gibi tavan delinmiş yukarıdan su akıttığı belli olan bir kocaman küflü tavan açıklığı gördük.Yine aşağıya görevli hanımın yanına gittim, bu odada kalmamızın mümkün olmadığını belirttik. Görevli hanım başka odasının olmadığını söyledi.İstersek zervasyonumuzu iptal edebileceğimizi belirtti.Paramızı verirseniz kabul ediyoruz dedik ama kabul etmedi.İnternetten hotels.com'a başvurmamız gerektiğini belirtti.Biz de sizi şikayet edeceğiz, hotels.com a yazacağız deyince odamızı değiştirdi

O aparthotel nao tinha ninguém que falasse inglês, o serviço foi mau (não havia lençóis nem toalhas para todos) e por mais que pedissemos, fomos sempre ignorados. O quarto estava danificado (buracos nas paredes) e a porta da varanda não fechada (fechadura avariada). Salva-se a localização que é perto do aeroporto.
