There was no pool in the hotel :/ but otherwise, everything was just as advertised. Very beautiful and historic place to stay. Near Galata tower, many dining options, really good Turkish breakfast.

Cheap but challenging stay

Stayed in Dulux room Location good, staff helpful and friendly. The aircon worked sporadically throughout our stay which affected our sleep. Interior extremely dated,vsoft furnishing were dirty, cracks on wall. Ants in the bathroom so keep your toothbrush safe! Toilet not working properly and wasnt always able to flush. Vent uncovered in WC, big hole visible in the wall. Breakfast was good

As fotos não condizem com a realidade. Nao que seja ruim, é bem razoável. Não tem água para vender no hotel e não dão água, o colchão é péssimo e o quarto é bem pequeno. A roupa de cama é pequena. Ponto positivo: café da manhã, que é pago e a localização. Ademais, nós não ficaremos neste hotel novamente.

i like to get my refund for one night stay in Galataport hotel because at 1 am the AC stopped working and the front disk came to fix it and after 20 minutes said he will call the responsible person to come and fix it, after afew minutes he came back and said they are not answering their phones and they will fix it tomorrow. The next day we had to leave the hotel for all day and at 5 pm my wife and I came back the front disk said no one came to fix it yet, i asked for another room and he said no room is vacant, i was frustrated at that time and asked i like to talk to the owner and he talk to someone and then he said you have to move to the next door hotel, had no choice so it took me along time to move my belonging, because the next door hotel did not had elevator. We had very bad experience from hotel and their front disk in our stay

Schlimm!!! Wir wurden in ein Zimmer neben dem Empfang untergebracht. Es war laut. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Das Pesonal war eine Katastrophe: Die Angestellten war unausgebildet. Ausserdem ist die Umgebung des Hotels sehr dreckig und die Lage sehr schlecht. Ich würde nicht mal kostenlos hier bleiben. Obwohl ich für das Hotel bezahlt hatte, habe ich es nach einer Übernachtung verlassen!

Odamız-1. Katta idi ama büyüklüğü ve temizliği iyiydi. Yatakları rahattı. Otele saat 4 te varmamıza rağmen oda hazır değildi. Odamızın hemen karşısında mutfağı ve personel dinlenme alanlarındaki ses bizi biraz rahatsız etti. Televizyon kumandasında kapak ve pil yoktu. Bence romantik bir gece icin değil ama nerede kaldığınızı dert etmeyeceğiniz bir kalış icin iyi olabilir

Die Lage war sehr gut . Man ist sehr nah am Galataturm und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Umgebung. Für junge ist okay , aber ältere werden Probleme mit der Umgebung haben , da das Hotel auf einem Hügel ist . Man läuft sehr steilen Hang hoch und bei regen ist der Asphalt sehr rutschig . Das WC hat sehr gestunken und habe es nach meiner Ankunft gemeldet , aber es hat 4 Tage gedauert bis jemand sich das mal anschaut ... Wand neben der Toilete war beschädigt. Schimmel an der Decke . Bitte nicht stören Schilder waren nicht vorhanden .

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer abgelegenen Seitenstraße. Es gab keine Möglichkeit im Hotel zu frühstücken. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im 2. Tiefgeschoss, also im Keller neben dem Heizungsraum. Dort war die Heizung defekt und es gab kein Telefon und kein WLAN Empfang
