The staff were excellent, the property was centrally located and close to most places. The main issue I had with the property was the smell from the bathroom. It seems that there is a waste waste problem which makes the bathroom have a foul smell. Vehicle access at certain times of the day is a problem. If the smell is fixed, the hotel will receive an excellent rating.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed with the overall experience. Everything was excellent – the rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were outstanding: extremely friendly, kind, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Songül and Melek from the room service team, who were incredibly kind and supportive during our stay. We are also very grateful to Mr. Serkan Gülcicek at the reception, who helped us a lot with all our questions and requests. A very special thanks goes to the hotel manager, Ms. Wassila, who provided exceptional support and helped us resolve an issue caused by a mistake during our booking in the best possible way. We were also very satisfied with the breakfast. There was a great variety of options, and the quality of the food was excellent. The only small point for improvement would be the seating management during breakfast time. On several occasions, we noticed that a single guest was occupying a table meant for four people. It might be helpful if the restaurant staff could guide guests more effectively to optimize seating for everyone. The hotel is also perfectly located, with excellent access to public transportation, which made getting around very easy for us. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families.

GRAND DURMAZ HOTEL, Excellent hotel with outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to Sales Manager Mrs. Wasela for her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional support. Many thanks also to receptionist Cener for the warm welcome and excellent service. All the staff were friendly, respectful, and attentive. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well managed. I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was near a no through road so access was a little bit difficult. However it’s more that made up by the excellent service from the staff and amenities . The location was within walking distances to sites and attractions, restaurants etc

They didn’t give the room which we booked, 3 night we was in the room there was no window same like prison and after 3 days discus with the hotel they change our room, please talk with this hotel manager to be honest with customers and which they booked the room please give them. Helt okej, men de behöver bli bättre

AC stängs av efter 1-2timmar. Så det blir jobbigt på nätterna. Personalen säger att de fixar det varje gång man pratar med de. Men det var jobbigt varje natt. Det är inte ljud isolerad Så man hör folk springa och skrika utanför. Bilar kan inte stanna utanför hotellet så man måste gå ca 20m för att hitta taxi, tåg är jätte nära om man vill åka kommunalt. Personalen är snäll och hjälper och tipsar. Städning o gratis vatten,mini bar, cafe, vattenkokare på plats.
