This was our fourth hotel in Turkey during this trip. We loved the staff and how convenient the hotel is . The only thing we didn’t like about Hanna hotel is the breakfast. So blunt the same boring items everyday.

Great hotel Very accessible, the tram station is right outside and it’s outside of the centre enough to skip the majority of traffic and close enough to quickly grab a tram into sultan Ahmet, rooms are spacious and clean, staff are accommodating definitely would stay again.

The hotel located near tram Station and the staff was very nice and helpful especially Mr. Nadeer and Mr. Mohamed and all other staff they did their best when we ask for help. Next time Hanna Hotel will be definitely my choice.

Das Hotel ist klein aber fein, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Istanbul. Direkt vor dem Hotel fähr die Straßenbahn. Man ist in 9 Stationen (10min.) im Zentrum. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder wählen. DANKE wir hatten einen kurzen aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Good stay hotel owned by algerians/turks. Cleaning (10/10) as its best, price not so, one of the receptionists is very rude. Shouted at me for not understanding what he wants, not so friendly ( one of the 2) instead of explaining what he wants. Also breakfast is quite normal, prices are high otherwise, but i got a discount through hotels luckily.

excellent hotel

I was very impressed with Hanna Hotel for the 3 nights I stayed there for a business trip. It had everything I look for in a hotel. It was clean, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. The blackout curtains kept the room dark for sleeping, but there was plenty of light (natural and artificial) during waking hours. The bathroom was well designed and also had good lighting as well as shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries people might want. The electrical plugs on either side of the bed were appreciated, and l liked the complementary slippers, too. Also, I loved that I could touch a screen on the wall indicating "Do not disturb" instead of fumbling with paper signs on a door handle. The room was bigger than most in Europe and Istanbul specifically. It was conveniently located about 1 minute from a major tram line, too. Although Turkish breakfast is not really my ideal start to the day, the array of breads, cheeses, and fruits together with yogurt and scrambled or boiled eggs was definitely sufficient. The fridge in the room was great for snacks I got at the grocery store across the street, and I was glad for the complementary bottles of water. Overall, I was quite pleased with this hotel and am not sure why it has only 3 stars when it's better than many 4 star hotels I've stayed at.
