Overall this hotel is very nice with comfortable bed, pillows, good breakfast (no omelette station) . Staff were all so nice! A/c took some time to cool down but worked well. Room has Dove products for your use , coffee and tea as well.

Great stay and staff. When I checked in, I informed the staff that I would need a cab at 5am the next morning. Not only did they have a cab there to take me back to the Airport, but they even packed me a lunch since I was missing breakfast. Very thoughtful.

The lights in our room kept turning on with a clicking sound all night long. The intervals were between 5 - 40 minutes with the average being 15 minutes apart. The staff were unable to make it stop and it was a terrible night of no sleep. Otherwise the property was nice and the staff were friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The positive aspects were its cleanliness and the polite, friendly staff. The only thing that surprised me was the small size of the room. Imagine a double bed placed in the middle of the room occupying almost the entire space, making it difficult to move around comfortably. There was also no wardrobe in the room and not even a chair to sit on. In addition, the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service, and there is no bell service to assist guests with their luggage upon arrival. On the other hand, the bathroom was clean, modern, and well maintained.

I asked for a shuttle to transfer me from the hotel to the airport, this is why I chose this hotel for this reason, especially my flight was very early morning, but they did not have a shuttle. i feel there is a misleading and not clear info about this issue. Also since the breakfast was included, they offered to go breakfast, but the turkey sandwich was not fresh, and we don't like turkey, i wish they offer a couple of chioces. thanks!

Breakfast was okay. Room cleanliness wasn’t too bad but for a new build hotel looked like being built long time ago . Some staff wasn’t friendly . Before I booked the accommodation I contacted by telephone and been told that was a free transport from hotel to the nearest station but it wasn’t true and it was far away from everywhere to get to. Ended up paying taxi fees which was very expensive

Room was super hot for me. I first called, then walked up to the front desk at 2:30 am because I could not sleep. The agent informed me that the AC was controlled by the team. Due to the cold season, AC cannot be turned on in rooms.
