Vielen Dank an Younus aus der Rezeption, sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit :) Leider ist der Suite zu klein für drei Personen, aber wir haben es überstanden. Frühstück ist Standard. Gül, die Bedienung, kann zwar nicht so gut Englisch, aber sie gibt ihr Bestens um die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen, auch ohne Trinkgeld. Weiter so. Die Restuarants um den Hotel würden wir nicht weiterempfehlen, für so viel Geld zu wenig auf den Teller! Lieber in der Stadt essen gehen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr angegenehme Aufenthalt, nur fünf Minuten von Sultan Ahmet entfernt.

Otele geç giriş yapabildik. Giriş saati 2 olmasına rağmen saat 4 te check in işlemimizi tamamlayabildik. Odaya giriş yaptıktan sonra günün yorgunluğuyla yatağa uzandık yastık kılıfları lekelei ve pis, ve kokuyordu. Odanın tuvaletine girdiğimizde üst kattın tuvaletinin aktığını gördük. Yerler rezaletti ve temizlenmemişti bugun için idare edeceğimizi yarın muhakkak temizlenmesini istedik. Ertesi gün dışarı çıktığımızda bunu hatırlattık döndüğümüzde dünden daha kötü bir manzarayla karşılaştık. Konumu dışında güzel olan hiçbir şey yok.

Very friendly staff Arkhan at front desk was very informative and helpful, overall everything including rooms and cleanliness was very good breakfast was bit less variety but I like rooms and staff definitely will stay again

Perfekt läge och bra personal!

Trevlig och serviceminded personal, som gärna hjälpte till att leta fram info om saker man ville besöka. Extra beröm till de som hade hand om frukosten, de var verkligen underbara i sitt bemötande. Hotellrummet var väldigt enkelt, men rent. Saknade några enkla saker som hade höjt bekvämligheten, t. ex. en stor papperskorg ute i rummet, extra krokar på väggen innanför dörren till att hänga kläder/handväskor på. Önskvärt vore även två hopvikbara bagageställ, för nu fick vi ha väskorna på golvet. Städningen var sådär, de glömde t. ex. lägga nya handdukar i utbyte mot de smutsiga de tagit några av dagarna. Ett extra överlakan vore även ett lätt sätt stt höja komforten. Området var verkligen perfekt! Jättenära till Haga Sophia och Arasta bazaaren, där vi handlade en del. Massor av restauranger (många med takterass) inom 100 meter från ytterdörren, och även flera små närköpsbutiker. Vi tillbringade inte så mycket tid på hotellet och den goda frukosten och trevliga personalen uppvägde de flesta bristerna så vi var på det stora hela nöjda med vår vistelse.

Amazing place

Perfect location. Airport shuttle service, though not free,is convenient. The owners are an amazing couple who treated us like family. Excellent with our kids. Would even hold the baby while we ate the excellent free breakfast. Very clean. The staff will jump through hoops for you. We chose to stay a second time when transiting through Istanbul on our return trip from further east. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay ...very happy guests!

We had the most wonderful stay. Adem and Amina were fantastic hosts. They were so accommodating with our requests and nothing was too much trouble for them. Amina is a fabulous cook btw....our breakfasts were fresh and delicious. The accommodation was clean and because the price was so reasonable,exactly what we expected. The position of this hotel is so central and in such a lovely old part of Istanbul ,that has a proper neighborhood feel to it. We will DEFINATELY go back there and will recommend it to family and friends.

Superbe séjour avec personnel au petit soin! Le personnel parle arabe anglais et turque donc de quoi se faire comprendre! Hotel très propre et très calme avec literie confortable! On accede à pied à la majorité des lieux touristiques. Je recommande cet hotel et le magnifique quartier de sultanahmet!!!

Très bon avec des petites améliorations à faire

Les deux jeunes hommes eyup et esaf sont très très professionnel et vous aide pour organiser vos sorties ainsi que le personnel de la cuisine et de chambre sont top les deux seules et uniques défaut le lit double grince énormément à chaque petit mouvement et le coffre fort ne fonctionnais pas. Bon petit dejeuner J'espère y retourner.

Great price and rare for 5 in one room with kids. Was nice having them all together and comfortable. Breakfast on the roof was wonderful with omelette and all one could need for a great meal. Service was kind and exactly and requested. Location was incredible. A block to The Square and main mosques. Highly recommended.
