The stay was overall good . The location of the hotel is good as it is near a tram station and all the trams went to all the tourist attractions. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was very nice in all aspects. The reception people were wonderful, smiling and helpful, check in was fast , easy and smooth, even though my plane was late and I arrived at the hotel after midnight. The room was very good in terms of space, cleanliness, and beds, and contained all the necessities. Room service was daily. Breakfast includes the basics and is very reasonable for the price charged. I had reserved the room for one night and extended my stay for two more nights.

The receptionist was very kind. They will clean your room every day. Very enthusiastic. The gate is locked every night with 24-hour security. very safe. Very clean. Good price. Breakfast included.

Staff at the hotel are helpful and professional, there is a lift on the premises. The room I received could only be heated by me calling on reception, I'm not sure if it was just my room with a faulty system or if it was the whole hotel.They tried to work around it- it was okay but obviously not ideal to not have that freedom. The room was small, clean but not great. The lighting is stark and cold.The shower was large, but I noticed it had a leak I forgot to report this as it was quite significant. The bedding didn't have a mattress protector but they made up for it with an extra sheet. I think the staff are trying their best under difficult circumstances (which is comendable) They have a decent buffet breakfast and the cleaning staff and restaurant staff are welcoming and pleasant, which is noticed and appreciated. It's okay for 1 or 2 nights.

The best place to stay

I really enjoyed my trip in Turkey specially the hotel I stayed was very clean good breakfast . the front desk is available 24 hours. The location is very close to the hospital shopping centre, mosques, restaurants. I will go there again.

Really bad it was hot day no A/C sweating all day, everyday all night long.And I complained from desk too many times they don't even care the neighbor around the area, it's very, very, very loud.I couldn't sleep 2 days

I bought some kids clothes, and when i went out and came back there wasnt kids clothes at my room and when i spoke one of the owner ,he didnt talk nice to me and didnt respond about my stuffs ,it wasnt safe in that hotle ,how some one go in your room take your stuffs and no one care about it

Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr schmutzigen Quartier, sobald man jedoch hineingeht, ist alles bestens: Grosses, sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, grosser Fernseher, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Unschlagbar für den Preis.

Bettwäschen wurden nie ausgetauscht braune Flecken auf Bettwäschen und Handtücher. Zimmer wurde nie gemoppt. Nur eine einzige Steckdose zur Verfügung. Dusche Schimmel Flecken Kalk. Lüftungsanlage macht zu viel Lärm. Und eine große abzocke bei Flughafen Transfer. Bezahlt 850 TL bei Rezeption aber im Ankunft Flughafen steht bei Tachometer 630 TL . Frühstück jedentag das gleiche keine besondere Menü Auswahl
