Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Taxi (transfer) werd geregeld en de dinner cruise die we graag wilden werd geboekt. Het hotel ligt op een perfecte locatie, dichtbij de Blauwe Moskee en de Hagia Sofia. Ontbijt werd niet geserveerd, maar we werden doorverwezen naar een leuke locatie aan het water waar we heerlijk ontbeten hebben voor een lage prijs. Het hotel heeft achterstallig onderhoud. De foto's op de site kwamen mooier uit dan de werkelijkheid.

El personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Tienen agua caliente con té y café disponible para que tomes cuando quieras. En la parte alta del hotel tienen una terraza con vistas y mesas disponible para los clientes. Muy bien situado, a pocos minutos a pie de Sultanhamet.
