I found the staff very helpful and the room was very good But what I found was the INTERNET very slow good INTERNET is a must these days , I hope if the staff reads This review that the will do something about the INTERNET really that would great to boost it UP , YES THE HOTEL IS VERY CENTRAL TO THE OLD TOWN AND THE FAMOUS GRAND BUZAAR , A MUST SEE IT ,,,

The staffs are racists and not friendly. They don’t have proper training of dealing with guest. They moved out my staff from my room in my absence. Rooms are narrow and noisy. No charging socket for IPhone. Lifts services are horrible. The manager of the hotel tried to be nice but end of the day the entire system is inefficient and full of poor service. I don’t recommend it.

Hôtel à fuir. Séjour très décevant du début à la fin. Pendant 7 jours, la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée une seule fois, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un hôtel. Malgré plusieurs demandes faites au personnel pour faire nettoyer la chambre, personne n’est jamais venu. De plus, la chambre était située en sous-sol et sans fenêtre, information qui n’était absolument pas indiquée dans la description lors de la réservation. Il y avait également énormément de bruit, au point d’avoir l’impression que la cuisine se trouvait derrière le mur de la chambre. Impossible de se reposer correctement. La propreté générale laisse à désirer et le personnel n’était ni agréable ni réactif. Je n’ai malheureusement pas la possibilité de mettre 0 étoile, sinon je l’aurais fait. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

This hotel is not good very dirty and i booked an smoking room but they said it's forbidden and the 1 staff is quite stupid no towel in the room then i ask he gave 1 only but she knows we are 2 in the room! Its not recommendable hotel i stayed allot different hotels different countries but this is the worse ever!!!

Hôtel décevant ! Les chambres sont vieilles et vétustes, la salle de bain dans un état miteux! Le déjeuner est très pauvre de choix Attention certaines chambres sont au sous sol sans fenêtre !!! C est une honte ce n est stipulé nul part ! De plis certains membres du personnel ne sont pas accueillant et ne parle que le turc!

Nada: Nos metieron en un zulu porque, según nos dijeron, no disponían de más habitaciones. Al día siguiente nos dijeron que para mejorar la habitacion habia que pagar más. Pagamos más y entonces nos dieron a elegir habitación pero en otro hotel. Hotel Atlantis. Este si era más parecido a lo que habíamos contratado inicialmente. Solo que ya nos habían timado en el Santa Sofia. POr supuesto, el "suplemento" tuvo que ser en efectivo, preferiblemente en euros. Ojo con esta gente: no son de fiar. Los del Hotel Atlantis, perfectos.
