The staff was extremely rude. They don’t want to talk to anyone. They woke me up at 9 AM to clean my room on the day that I was supposed to leave. Checkout was at noon. I had not slept due to jet lag and was not happy. The front desk girl makes you feel like a burden.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This terrible hotel was stolen my money I've paid in advance for my reservation, which was insured. I was not able to use the service, because they (the hotel administration) did not like to change my reservation. They don’t like to communicate with me and did not answer my emails. They are real bandits, and no more communication with them. If somebody knows a link where I can complaint in Turkey, please help me - send me the link.
