The room is smelling and the bathroom situation is very bad the lighting is fluorescent lamps and in general you feel you are in jail

The location was great. It was a comfortable room but the cleaning staff would not even come get the garbage unless we caught them in the hallway and gave them the garbage. They were foreign workers and did not even speak any words. The bathroom was way too small; could not even close the door when you were in. Bathtub was leaking water to the bathroom floor. But we really liked the safe neighbourhood and walking distance to everything. Many restaurants to choose from and a nice mall to walk to. Also, the marina was very close, so it was great to be able to take a walk by the seashore.

İşim gereği çok fazla seyahat ediyorum ve Oteller benim evim diyebiliriz, haliyle böyle olunca da çok fazla otel deneyimleme fırsatım oldu. İstanbul Hotel & Suites'i fiyat performans olarak bölgedeki en mantıklı yer oldugu için tercih ettim e bu sebeple de çok fazla beklentim yoktu ancak hem çalışanlar hem otelin temizliği hem de konforu fiyatı'nın çok çok üzerindeydi artık kesinlikle avrupa yakasındaki otel'im burası olacak.

Giriş saatimizden 4-5 saat geç gitmiş olmamıza rağmen kiraladığımız oda doluydu ve bizi 2 saat beklettiler oda boşalması için. Odalar temiz değil yatak örtüleri vs. kirliydi. Odalar aşırı havasız ve rutubet kokuyordu.

Rezervasyonumu kahvaltılı olarak satın aldım ve ödemesini online gerçekleştirdim rezervasyonumu teğit etmek için otelle iletişime geçtim telefona çıkan beyefendi rezervasyonun onaylandığını kahvaltı hizmetini sabah erken saatlerde alabileceğimi 12:30 ‘a kadar kahvaltıdan yararlana bileceğimi dile getirdiği halde otel sisteminde kahvaltı gözükmediği için kahvaltı veremiceklerini dile getiren resepsiyon görevlisiyle karşılaştım.Hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmayarak Hotels.com ile iletişime geçmemi söyledi. Çarşaf takımları temiz ancak banyo olması gerekenden fazla pis duşakabine yapışmış saç ve kıllar vardı.Odada sadece 2 adet nescafe ve küçük kutu su dışında hiç bir şey bulunmuyordu. Ücretsiz içecek diye sundukları mini buzdolabı bomboş. Verdiğimiz paraya değecek bir yer değil. Karşı odamızda konaklama yapan bayanın çıkardığı seslerden uyumak mümkün değildi zaten. Yaşadığım problem için otel yetkilisi veya müdürü ile görüşmek istediğim de resepsiyonda ki beyefendi tek yetkili benim diyerek kimseyle görüşmemi sağlamamış hiç bir şekilde yardımcı olmamıştır. Aldığım konaklama hizmetinden hiç memnun kalmadım.

People at the desk were helpful, they spoke sufficient English and helped me with my needs.... Put my hes on my metro card, helped me buy bus ticket online, told how to get to the mosques, etc. My room was quiet facing a court yard.

I don’t want anyone else to get screwed over by this place. They don’t have any of the amenities that they say they do, I had the deluxe room which listed a king bed which was untrue; the largest size they have is a full, two sizes down from what they say. They are supposed to have free WiFi but it “doesn’t reach the room we are in”. They also list that they have breakfast and 24 hour room service, neither are true. There are a few other things they listed that were lies but I can’t keep track. We only stayed three days but they charged us for 19 and won’t give us a refund. Cancelation policies don’t count if the business is deceitful about what you are buying.

The room was dirty and very smelly, I asked for breakfast for my 7 day stay, always every morning had to go and find it. The staff customer service was very poor. In the end I had to checkout and find a better hotel, they refused to refund my 4 nights when i did this. SO AVOID is my honest Opinion
