Our room was fantastic- great views, clean, just lovely. We had access to the Executive Lounge, which I highly recommend! Breakfast was just amazing- fresh food, incredible selection. The staff was phenomenal. Easy taxi ride to the old city section- had a great experience and highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating to every request. From our beautiful rooms and breakfast to helping us before our late flight, everything was exceptional. Their hospitality made our family trip to Istanbul even more special. As a frequent world traveler, I can honestly say this was one of my best hotel experiences. Highly recommended!

Everything was amazing! The only point of dissatisfaction was that they required swimming caps to use the pool. Which, most people do not bring with them, so you were forced to buy one from the hotel at inflated prices.

The pool and hot tub were nice, the room was a great size and the bathroom was big and clean with plenty of amenities, love the eucalyptus scents used. Comfy beds and pillows. If you wanted a break from the AC you could safely open the top window to the inn the breeze and the sounds of the city below you. The view of the Bospherus is amazing!

This hotel is located in the middle of a bustling city. It is an old property so expect room, carpets, doors, everything to reflect that. My AC didnt work...so a tech was dispatched to fix it. I feel if the hotel is rennovated it will be an ideal place for tourist wanting to experience the local town.

The area of the hotel is in a very good area with lots of cafe and shops nearby walking distance. Not very far from tourist attractions. The pool and hot tub was well tempered and locker rooms were kept clean and hygienic. Door men staff were very friendly. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
