Istanbul light

Great location next to the T1 tramway which takes you to all the attractions and connects to Taksim etc. The Klas is a decent hotel with very helpful staff. It is a fab hotel at a great price.

Nice hotel, only 10min walking from the Blue Mosk Beautiful and clean the only thing i was disappointed was that we received a twin room not a double as i booked. Apart of this highly recommended

Floor 1A roomhight was way too low for tall(184cm) man. In the shower I had to bend get lower to wash my hair. Room was very small but for 4 nights it was okay.

Everything was bad!

A very very vad experience, the air conditioning wasn’t working. The pool wasn’t open and the staff couldn’t help us. We wanted to check out the same day but the hotel wouldn’t accept a refund.

Hotel is definitely not a Four star hotel. Pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the bedroom, although the A/C didn’t work. Breakfast has to be one of the worst ever, swimming pool was closed and we were informed that it doesn’t open until 10.30am When it did eventually open, it was dirty with bird droppings in and around the pool area, a bar area with almost nothing available! I contacted the hotel on 3 separate occasions to arrange taxi transfers to & from the airport without any response. Shocking customer service.

Dans l'ensemble correcte et bien situé Ménage fait chaque jour correctement Personnel sympathique. Petit plus la terrasse piscine domage que le jaccuzi n'était pas allumé donc pas opérationnel. Changement de chambre a mon arrivée car problème de literie et impossible d'ouvrir la porte accès à la douche. Je ne pense pas revenir dans cet hôtel.

Emme varanneet mitään palatsia, joten majoitus oli matkan tarkoituksen mukainen. Nautimme istanbulin nähtävyyksistä, bazaareista, erinomaisesta ja maukkaasta ruuasta. Mitä muuta ihminen tarvitsee? Hotelli oli siisti, erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala, hyvä sijainti ja henkilökunta oli super mukavia ja auttavia. Heiltä oli helppo kysyä paikallisia vinkki vitosia. Varattiin hotellilta suoraan taksi lentokentälle (meno-paluu), jotta säästyttäisiin turhilta säädöiltä ja se kannatti, koska kaikki toimi todella hyvin ja ajallaan. Ainut pettymys oli se, että varattiin hotelli kattoterassin ja altaan takia, mutta se avataan käyttöön vasta 1.6., joten ei päästy nauttimaan siitä, mutta ymmärrettiin kyllä, että sää ei ollut vielä tarpeeksi lämmin altaalle. Muuten ei mitään huonoa sanottavaa hotellista.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsberelt, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer müsste verbessert werden, leider entsorgen Gäste ihren Müll vor der Zimmertüre, im Stiegenhaus oder im Lift, somit liegt im ganzen Hotel Müll herum

À fuir!!!

Hôtel à fuir !!!!!! Pas du tout un hôtel 4 étoiles , il ne mérite à peine 1 ou 2 étoiles. Chambre trop sombre très très très petite. Lit collé au mur et pieds sous la fenêtre si vous êtes grand de taille ca va être problèmatique. Niveau propreté médiocre; odeur bizarre dans la chambre et couloir. Lit pas confortable. Et cerise sur le gateau personnel désagréable et un petit-déjeuner dans un sous sol sombre. Heureusement que les agents Hotels.com ont procédé au relogement et ont été là pour améliorer le séjour. Changement d'hôtel et tout est beaucoup mieux. Conclusion, Klas hôtel pas classe du tout, à fuir!!! Merci hotels.com pour votre écoute et votre aide.

Don’t book during Covid

Klas hotel was closed for Covid. There selling the rooms and placing us in the hotel next door which doesn’t have the same facilities or quality of what I booked. When I requested a refund it was refused and it is still ongoing.
