Affordable and convenient location (walking distance to most attractions) spacious room, good water pressure, friendly staff. Would specifically thanks Serif, the front desk boy, he is very helpful, answered all questions in minutes, and helped carrying our luggage to the second floor.

Le lit de notre fils n était pas prévu à notre arrivée. On nous a demandé de changer de chambre au cours du séjour. Il n y avait pas de chauffage dans la 2eme chambre. Intervention à 23h le soir. Salle de bain salle. Lit pas fait. Poubelle jamais vidé. Un jeu de serviettes de toilette pour tout le séjour. Pas de papier toilette. 2 pauvres Gel douche pour tout le séjour.

Otelin konumu iyi. Metroya 5 dk Galata’ya 2 dk odalar temiz havlular temiz ancak yataklar konforsuzdu ve sabah uyandığımızda sular kesikti. Belki bölgesel bir durum ancak otelin bir deposu olup olmadığını bilemiyorum haliyle susuz kalınması iyi olmadı.
