My wife and I stayed at Nine Istanbul for 2 nights. We found the check-in was easy, the room was clean and spacious and the roof top view was awesome. Super friendly and helpful staff that provided great suggestions for checking out the local area and shopping.

I have been in Istanbul a lot of times. Every time I take new hotel and new district just for the sake of exploration. Nine Hotel might be located in one of the best places. Very close to all the main attractions and a lot of dining and shopping options all around. Staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and friendly. Proprty is not new but its clean and veru comfortable. Best option for firsttimers, location will be very helpful. Higly recommend! Thank you Nine Hotel team!!!

Loved the rooms, very modern. The guy at the reception was really nice and helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from taksim and istiklal. We stayed four nights, and so glad we chose this hotel for our stay!

Strongly recommend.

We had a very rocky start but with patience from both sides we managed to solve it more than well. Special thanks to Yucel that made the stay more pleasant with his service to help you out with everything you need and make you comfortable. Great location, well connected to all areas, beautiful rooms. Big road outside that didn’t bother me but if you are easy disturbed or travel with kids maybe ask for a room on the other side.

A couple of steps off Istiklal Avenue. A good bunch of coffee-shops and cafes right by the hotel. Well-kept. I couldn't figure out heating. It wasn't too cold yet though, so I was fine without. But it kept me wondering... Other than that, it's quite nice. Would be lovely to have some breakfast, at least morning coffee or tea. Pleasant overall!

Noisy!

The hotel is very small. Nine rooms on five floors. No elevator, so it is not suitable for everybody. The reception and breakfast is on the fifth floor. The staff is helpful and smiling, but english skills are not so good. The room was charming and quite big. Nicely decorated. The bathrooms was a bit smelly though. My main problem with this hotel is the noise from the traffic outside. We had a room on the first floor, and there was a constant traffic jam right outside our window, with honking all day long and all night long. Not recommended if you value a good nights sleep! At least not on the first floor. It might be a bit better on the fourth or fifth floor.

Nightmare

This is not a hotel. Extremely unsafe. Hotel mark very small and barely visible ; even the next door neighbors dint know it exists!! No one answering the door bell for 15 minutes after the taxi dropped us off a 100 m away in the next street. The man finally arrived from the outside, not sure who this is?! Not a weird in English but accommodating. 27 steps in a very narrow staircase to the elevator. The tiny reception at the top with more steps. The room very hot. AC not working. No other guests seem. No other personnel. The bathroom dirty. There was a molded and smelly orange in the tiny refrigerator. There are no plugs for chargers etc. The shower like warm. The place is very creepy with the feel that someone is watching you through a camera in the room. We had paid for four nights stay but slept the night and left the next morning. I asked the man for half refund through Google translate and he declined. I chose this place based on your reviews. Don't go there.
