Otel genel olarak oldukça temizdi ve yeni olduğu hemen hissediliyordu. Erken giriş konusunda bize yardımcı olmaları çok memnun ediciydi. Çalışanların tamamı son derece saygılı ve efendi bir yaklaşıma sahipti. Özellikle Emre Bey’in ilgisi ve güler yüzü için ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Bununla birlikte, yastıklar maalesef çok konforlu değildi, daha rahat yastık seçenekleri sunulmasını tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca tuvaletin tasarımı da kullanım açısından biraz daha konforlu olabilirdi. İstersen tonu biraz daha kısa, daha resmi ya da daha samimi olacak şekilde de yeniden düzenleyebilirim.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine moderne Ausstattung, die großzügigen und äußerst sauberen Zimmer sowie ein stilvolles Ambiente, das sofort ein Gefühl von Komfort vermittelt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und professionelle Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war und unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, frisch und von hoher Qualität – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem ist es ein hervorragendes Hotel, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt! Ein besonderer Dank gilt den Mitarbeitern Furkan und Akın an der Rezeption sowie Ahmet, der uns immer leckeren Kaffee zubereitet hat.

Here is a smoother, more coherent, and more polished version: ⸻ We had a truly lovely stay at Novotel Bomonti. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Seraf, Emre, and Izzet for their kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. The food was delicious and the hotel clearly pays attention to every detail. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city, which my mom especially enjoyed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm, elegant, and well maintained. The only small inconvenience was that the pool was closed for maintenance, so we were not able to use it. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. My mom and I genuinely had a great time here, and we will definitely be choosing Novotel Bomonti again for our next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. A special thank-you to Alper and Emre, who were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional from the very beginning. Their warm attitude made me feel welcome and well taken care of every single day. They showed genuine care and delivered service of the highest quality. Staff like them truly make a difference — they elevated my entire stay. Mein Aufenthalt im Novotel Istanbul Bomonti war rundum perfekt! Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen – ein großes Dankeschön an Samet, Gökçe und Ahmet für ihren erstklassigen Service, ihre Professionalität und Freundlichkeit. Sie haben sich jederzeit bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch das restliche Team war stets aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind modern, äußerst sauber und sehr komfortabel – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Parkservice: schnell, zuverlässig und sehr professionell. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend, was in Istanbul nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Lage, ideal, um sowohl das Stadtzentrum als auch andere Viertel bequem zu erreichen. Insgesamt war es ein großartiger Aufenthalt – ich kann das Novotel Bomonti jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf Komfort, Sauberkeit und exzellenten Service legt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. I arrived at 6:30 a.m. on a rainy morning, completely soaked, and was kept waiting in the lobby for over 90 minutes. They mentioned that a room was available but still asked for €30 for early check-in, showing no concern for how tired or wet I was. It’s not about the money — it’s about the attitude and the way you treat your guests.
