The location of this place was amazing! It's in the middle of all the restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping, and landmarks. The room was spacious and clean. Beware that there are no elevators though in the buidling. Also, walking from Tophane Station while lugging heavy luggage uphill on cobblestones with no proper sidewalks (as Google told us to do) is NOT recommended though. Take a taxi/Uber instead. LOL

Good location close to Galata tower and bridge. Near to many cafes and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The street can be a little loud.

The place is nice and clean. Sinem was awesome. She helped out and went beyond her duties. Rented 6 rooms for our group. She was very friendly and super helpful. Will stay again if we go back there.

I stayed at Pera Neuf for two nights (three days), and I had a pretty bad experience with it. First the positive, the location was very good, in the center of everything and so close to Galata tower and all the restaurants, so you will not be limited in anything in terms of the location. The room was clean and modern, although tiny. However, on the negative side, there were some issues that made my stay so uncomfortable. (1) First of all, there is no elevator and the room is on the fourth floor. When I mentioned that, the owner became super defensive, saying that it was written on Expedia. (2) What was not on Expedia though was the fact that they do not have working AC. When I complained about it, the owner said someone would come as early as possible next day to fix it. Of course no one came and it was unbearably hot in the tiny apartment. (3) Also, the picture of the balcony does not represent the reality. The view from the balcony was not as nice as shown on the website and was looking towards the back side of the building. (4) the room is not double room, it is a tiny room with one double bed ad a couch, but it is one tiny room. Overall, I think Pera Neuf has potential but needs to improve its facilities and service. I would not recommend it to anyone who has mobility issues or expects a comfortable stay in summer. Also the Expedia page does not represent the reality of the room!

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit vielen tollen Cafés, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Stilvoll eingerichtet. An den Wochenenden wird es etwas lauter durch die umliegenden Bars und Kneipen. Eine perfekte Unterkunft um die Stadt zu erkunden und zu fühlen.

윗층이라서 엘리베이터가 없어서 케리어 들고 올라가야되서 힘들었어요. 화장실에 개미가 기어다니고, 주변 소음이 너무 시끄러웠어요. 숙소 사장님은너무너무 친절했습니다.

Harika bir vakit geçireceğiz mükemmel bir yer!!!

Otelin konumunu harika! İstiklal caddesine, Galata Kulesine, metroya, fünikülere, cafelere, barlara ve restoranlara çok yakın. Sokağın manzarası mükemmel. Otelin görünümü tarihi ve modern. Balkon olması ayrıca çok hoş. Kahvaltı ve iyi bir vakit geçirmek için çok ideal. Otelin yatağı çok rahat. Çarşafları, havluları, banyosu, mutfağı oldukça temiz. Günlük oda temizliği de mevcuttur. Eviniz gibi hissedeceğiniz güvenli, sıcak ve samimi bir yer. Misafirperverliği için Sinem Hanım ve ekibine çok teşekkür ederim. Otele ikinici gelişimiz. Umarım bu güzel yere tekrardan yolumuz düşer. Wir wurden trotz später Anreise sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns über den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr wohl. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist direkt neben der Istiklal Straße und somit ideal. Die Inhaberin der Unterkunft war sehr zuverkommend und immer ansprechbar. Auf unsere Wünsche ist sie immer eingegangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war immer sauber und sehr gemütlich. Wir würden die Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip wärmstens empfehlen.

Şehrin Merkezinde Keyifli Bir Otel

Genel olarak konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Oda ve otelin çevresi çok hoş. Soğuk havalarda kesinlikle üşümeyeceğinizden de emin olabilirsiniz. Eksiklik olarak gördüğümüz bir şeyden bahsetmek gerekirse, mutfak ekipmanlarının, tabak, bardak gibi eşyaların olduğu bir yerde kağıt havlu, deterjan ve süngerin olmamasıydı. Rezervasyonumuz boyunca iletişimde olduğumuz Sinem Hanım çok sıcak kanlı ve ilgiliydi.

Great location so close to the start of istakal walking street and close to the train station too. Room was a good size and nicely decorated. Its more of an apartment block with private units no recpetion ... so do note. Also. No lifts.
