Excellent choice for stay in Istanbul. Modern place at a great location. Took few days to get adjusted to the noise from the street but if you have earplugs it should not be a problem. Great dining choices, coffee shops and bars nearby , super safe and convenient.

Our great time in Istanbul.

We had a great stay in the newly built apartment. Nice lounge,kitchen area. With dishwasher,washing machine. A great welcome to find cold drinks in the fridge. Seperate spacious bedroom,comfortable bed. Bathroom and seperate shower. Covered car parking. In walking distance to the tram. Great location close to shops and restaurants.

The Interieur design is modern and beautiful. The floor wasn't as clean as we used to but still overall in very good condition. Communication was good. They responded really fast. We enjoyed our stay. We missed espresso cups and cooking spoons and other kitchen items. The drinking water hose wasn't working. I would go there again and will recommend the apartment to our friends.

We were on the first floor facing the front of the property and it was not that quiet. So if you are not used to sleep in city sounds, i recommend you to try to book the upper floors or the backside apartments at this facility. The whole process was easy, almost contactless and Gulsah was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Interior design is excellent and it felt like home! We definitely will be back booking on higher floors to avoid the noise from outside.

I do not recommend this property. The apartment is extremely noisy; you can hear everything from outside, even at night—people, cars, birds, cats, dogs, and more. If you’re looking for a relaxing place, this is not it. Additionally, there’s no assistance available at night if something goes wrong. I had to endure an entire night without electricity or heating, and the ceiling was leaking. The host provided no hand soap for three days and suggested buying it myself if needed sooner. The freezer was broken and filled with ice, and the stairs were poorly lit at night, requiring a flashlight. The only positive is its proximity to transportation, but overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. The lady who manages the property is not responsible at all!

I would not recommend staying here at all for your own health and safety. 1. There is a known plumbing issues where the whole buildings plumbing is incorrectly done that all the bathrooms are releasing sewage gas back into the bathrooms and then into all the units. The smell of sewage is constant and does not go away. We stayed here for 4 days and it never got better. The host mentioned this is a known thing, so dont book this if you have a family or if you are trying to have a romantic getaway. 2. The A/C units either dont work, or they release the smell of fish throughout the whole apartment. The host was not able to solve this out and i'm guessing its unfixable bc the AC units are outside with seagulls. Apparently, if someone changes the mode on the AC in one unit, from Cool to Heat, it overrides every apartments AC so you'll lose AC for days until the host fixes it. 3. There is no constant host, that is a lie on the ad. You can reach her via Whatsapp but she doesnt work constantly. 3. TV didnt work, Internet didnt work. At one point, they replaced the whole TV of one of our units. 4.

今回、初めてアパートメントホテルに１人で4泊滞在したが、問題なく、快適に過ごすことができた。 ホテルと違い、受付に常時誰かがいるわけではないので、予約後に送られてくるメッセージの記載に沿って、 WhatsAppで連絡先の登録や事前連絡 しておくことをおすすめする。 私の場合、鍵の渡し方法で迷っていたところ、たまたま 関係者の方からカードキーが受け取れたが、慣れていない人は戸惑うかもしれない。 なお オーナーは英語でのやり取り/通話が可能で、スムーズに対応してくださったので、安心して宿泊できた。 また機会があれば泊まりたい。 ■よかったこと •路面電車の駅から徒歩5分程度と立地よく、エステクラル通り 旧市街、アジア側などの観光地へのアクセスも良い •駅から海側には飲食店も多い。また、アパートの近隣には小さな売店もあり、食品も購入できる •室内は綺麗に清掃されている。シャンプー•ボディソープはないが、ハンドソープ や洗濯用洗剤などは用意されている •洗濯機があり、部屋干しで十分乾く ■認識しておいた方がよいこと •入室時にスマートキーが受け取れたとしても 機種によってうまく作動しない可能性がある（私はうまく作動しなかったのでカードキーを使った） •ドアの施錠/開錠解除方法が日本ではあまり見ないタイプなので、初めて外に出る時は再び開錠できるように、扉を開いた状態で開錠/施錠の練習をした方が良い（スマートキー/カードキーかざす + 鍵部分を回す必要がある）
