I had a pleasant stay a very good and was happy with my experience. The hotel was priced very well and a great deal. The staff were all very nice and a pleasure to speak with. Farooq was an amazing person and always greeted to make me comfortable. This hotel is in a very nice locayand everything is a short distance away. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel does not exist

When I arrived the hotel it was closed permanently due to covid-19. I don't know why hotels.com allowed the booking and charge for it. Unfortunately I don't have access abroad to call hotels.com, and they don't have email address to apply for refund.

Very poor quality hotel. Cash only - what kind of amateurish, tax-dodging hotel is cash only in this day and age? It took me one hour to find a ATM to pay for the room. No tea or coffee available in the room or anywhere else. No air conditioning (was disabled). I called reception to ask about air conditioning but they didn't speak a word of English, just replied "ok" then hung up. Received a call from reception in the morning saying I was late for check-out despite the fact it was earlier than the check-out time advertised on the reservation email.

A quite disappointing experience.

It felt like the rooms were made of the papers. I was hearing almost every single steps, movements, actions of the neighbor guests inside my room. There were several occasions on my floor that I told myself that enough is enough. It cannot get worse. The fire alarm system suddenly started to activate the sirens with no reason in the midnight which happened two times in a row. Another thing was a random couple on my floor behaving with a totally unacceptable manner. She was screaming and crying nonstop and appearantly she had a trouble with a man inside the room. This lasted more than 30 minutes and none of the staff reacted to help her. One of the guest knocked the room and asked her if she has a problem. Breakfast was a disaster. It could be have been better if they did not service it at all. That was ridiculous.

Personal muy amable, su ubicación es buena (a 15 min. a pie de la estación de metro que tomé desde Otogar, y a 15 min. de Ayasofya), buen desayuno. Cabe mencionar que dejé olvidado mi cargador de celular un día entero, luego regresé por él y me lo devolvieron sin problemas. Lo único negativo para mí es que no acepten tarjeta de crédito.

Está bien ubicado en un barrio muy animado, hay de todo a mano y cerca del centro histórico. El hotel está anticuado pero es confortable y cercano. Las camas y almohadas, de lo mejor. Algunos arreglos son imprescindibles.

Hace sentido la relación calidad-precio. Es un costo bajo, así que no se puede pedir lujos. En general, limpio y aunque viejo, cómodo. La.actitud servicial del personal hace de tu estancia una buena experiencia. Si eres escrúpulos, este lugar no es para ti. Hay todo un mercado alrededor y todo lo que implica. A una cuadra hay tiendas de ropa de marca. Yenikapı istasyonu está muy cerca (línea M2), también la línea T1 que te lleva a la zona histórica, por lo que podemos decir que es un lugar bien conectado
