Poor conditions and lies

Terrible conditions, there was no air conditioning, I was been told on the first night air conditioner would be fixed tomorrow but it wasn’t. I woke up next morning and there was water to take shower until 5pm. There is no even reception to talk to someone. Lighting in the room was poor and I didn’t like it at all after paying that much money.
