A very pleasant stay at Sheraton Istanbul Ataköy. I really enjoyed my stay and was happy with almost everything about the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The sea view was absolutely beautiful and one of my favorite things about the hotel. The room size was average, but it was comfortable and well maintained. The location was also quite good and convenient. The breakfast was average and could have had a little more variety, but overall it was satisfactory. Overall, it was a very good hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others. I would be happy to stay here again. 🌊✨

A special thank you to Sertac, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. His outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. Whilst the staff was very polite and helpful, they seemed as tired as the outdated Hotel itself. As most Hotels in Türkiye everything within it on offer was incredibly overpriced with the general offering of food and beverages of just barely average standard.

The staff were kind, helpful, and informative throughout our stay. The buffet-style breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2–3 minute walk from Bakırköy Sahil Metro Station, and there are several restaurants within walking distance, including near the marina. We especially enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools with our son. The bellboys were wonderful, always greeting him by name and chatting with him whenever we came and went. Housekeeping also did an excellent job, and it was always nice returning to a clean, well-made room. Our biggest disappointment was the sea-view room. Upon entering, the view was mostly trees and another building. There was only a partial sea view if you stood at the window and looked to the right. In our opinion, a sea-view room shouldn't require you to search for the sea. There were also a couple of maintenance issues. Our refrigerator wasn't working at check-in and, although it was replaced immediately, the replacement leaked water throughout our stay. Water was also dripping from the shower ceiling, but that was fixed promptly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning. The friendly staff, location, and service were excellent, but better room maintenance and a more accurate sea-view designation would make the experience even better.

Well. Let me start by saying I am wery picky when I choose hotel. I am not like a idiot picky person, that goes with UV lights and looking for things to complain about. I am just ordinary traveler that likes nice hotel. After reading different reviews I got abit nervous since many came back about words like "Old, dirty, bad cleanness, outdated" So I stayed in a king room with executive lounge access. 45kvm. 21st floor. I will do review point on point. Cleaness : Everyday I went to breakfast I came back to refreshed room. I was wery pleased with cleaning service. Wery nice and polite cleaning staff. Two times in my 6 days stay, head of cleaning came and asked if I was happy with cleaning of room. Wery approved from my part. Cleaning score: 9 of 10 Breakfast: Wery nice variations of different fruits. Meat, cheese, warm dishes. Wery polite and effective staff at breakfast. All in all= breakfast I would say 8 of 10 total score. Wery approved. Rom standard : like wery nice standard. Big TV - Only turkey channels and language, not every channel worked. But used pc. 7/10 Kingsize bed = perfect hardness.9/10 shower = Ok. 8.5/10 Little bit slow to fill bathtub. 7/10 Had Seaview. Amazing view from room. 10/10 Roomservice = wery fast 9 /10 Resturants 8.7 / 10 Hotell overall. Wery high class. Nice dress code. 9/10 Polite service desk. Wery fast and professional 9/10 Polite door crew. Good security. Open doors, help with bags 9/10 Tot 8.9 / 10 score. Recommended +
