The side hotel is a small boutique hotel with old world charm. The room was a comfortable size with excellent mattress and pillows, which as travelers know are sometimes the most important thing. all the staff truly went out of their way to accommodate and help with even the most minor of details.

Side Hotel was recommended by a friend who has stayed there several times. Great location just a 2 minute stroll from Hagia Sofia. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the roof terrace delicious and we loved the view. Hotel is spotless, so clean. Great value for money and a wonderful stay. Would recommend!!

I had a wonderful five day stay at the Side Hotel. The staff were available around the clock and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the tram is less than a ten-minute walk away. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if I make it back to Istanbul!

This hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance to the HAVAIST bus to the airport, the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, all the big sights in Sultanahmet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel room itself was.... eh OK. A bit on the older side, but reasonable for the price we paid. There are a lot of choices at breakfast but it's the same buffet every day which got a bit old after the second day. It was a fine stay overall, no complaints or regrets.
