For a solo female traveller, this was perfect. Good security into the apartment - and a balcony area. Loads of food options everywhere- from cheap and cheerful to very posh. The hosts are exceptionally helpful. Public transport is really close, the property is a 3 minute straight walk from Taksim square. Would definitely stay here again.

The photos on the internet are totally scam. Room was not cleaned up and ready. Too much to share this again. It was disastrous. I am in the process of complaining to get full refund.

Long read but be WARNED! I Travel ul timeand the world and this was an extremely disappointing rental for 7 days. I was assigned the room with the Blue door. BEWARE 1. It didnt look like the photos. 2. It was dingy & dark and run down. 3. The wood trim had fallen off, 4. It was tiny with only a small walkway to bathroom. 5!! The HAZARDOUS part of the apartment that makes me give a TERRIBLE rating is the floor was caving in... and worse they tried to cover it with 2 layers of rugs. There was no way to avoid this sinking hole in the floor When i told host I would not accept it I was taken to another mediocre apt and host asked why the floor was a Problem. He said it would be fine . I declined the 2nd room now not trusting quality and requested a refund. I was walked to another hotel and offered a no window room next to desk and main front door. Being claustrophobic i declined .. the hosts tried to validate why this was an excellent option. I again requested to cancel. It was non refundable booking however given the apt was completely ununhabitable I expected they would refund as the condition was not my fault. The hosts said they would authorize the refund of $225usd if i called Expedia. Upon calling & talking over 15 minutes with Expedia the hosts declined approval. Expedia only offered a $25 credit which they NEVER sent me. They even removed the booking from my listed Ive NEVER had an issue like this and stayed in 100s of places from budget to Luxury. UNACCEPTABLE!

Location was perfect! 5-minute walk from Taksim Square and within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants but very quiet and peaceful! We stayed in a terrace room which has a balcony, a kitchenette and a living room with several comfy sofas. Apartment was a bit older than the photos suggest and the cleaning is not thorough but enough space for 2 people! (The apartment has beautiful painting in the terrace or stairs. I loved it!) The kitchen wasn't really equipped for cooking, doesn't have a microwave, kitchen fan and also no hair dryer and washing machine. First night, the shower was not working properly and it was difficult to take a shower because of low water pressure. We asked the owner if he can replace the shower head and it was fixed. I think the apartment could be fantastic with a bit of updating and attention to details! We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment anyway! タクシム広場から近くて、周りにはたくさんのお店があります。一番上の階のテラス付きのお部屋でしたが、写真より古くて、所々壁に水漏れ跡があったり、掃除もあまりされていないので最初は埃も気になりました。 至る所にペイントがあって、ある意味個性的なアパートで、広いリビングルームにはソファがあり、テラスから見る夕日も綺麗で、朝はカモメがたくさん飛んでいて、テラスで聞くアザーンも最高でした！ キッチンはありますが、電子レンジや換気扇もないので、実際料理するのは難しいと思います。 初日にシャワーの問題がありましたが、翌日偶然居合わせたオーナーさんに頼んで交換してもらいました。 2人で暮らすには十分の広さで、ホテルとは違いチョイ住み気分で滞在できるので、1週間以上の滞在にはピッタリだと思います！ちなみに洗濯機はなく、オーナーに頼めば5TLでやってくれるそうです。
