I had 3 rooms and all had mould and bugs after contacting Expedia on our 3rd day I had to fight to change room and only they changed 2 out of 3 rooms We were insulted and were called losers after we show them the bug . We were told we brought the bug with us from Canada to frame the hotel for bad publicity . This place is a health hazard

I had to call Expedia to assist us to change room, on 3rd day of our stay they only offered to change two out 3 rooms that was booked. Hotel has massive amount of mould that is unsafe to breath and also bugs crawls up the wall. When we show them the bugs we were told we brought the bug from Canada to frame them as bad hotel we were insulated and were called lier.

The property was an average room for the price. At first glance, everything looked OK but then we realized that there was a major ant infestation. We told the front desk and they didn’t seem to do anything about it. The next day due to an extreme amount of ants, I had to clean up the floor and then realized how disgusting and dirty. The floor was. Meanwhile, I asked them the day before to please do something about the ant infestation and to please sweep and mop the room because the floors were disgusting when we went in. That was not obviously done because when I went to clean the floors, they were black and disgusting.. We told the front desk and they didn’t seem to Really care. For booking a four person and one room it was very tiny. It was also disappointing that we had to carry our luggage ourselves from the hotel down the street to another location after a 12 hour flight.

Nous venons de passer trois jours dans cet hôtel, pour la deuxième fois, et une fois encore, nous en repartons ravis. L’emplacement est idéal : nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Le personnel est très agréable et les chambres tout à fait correctes. Un merci tout particulier à Suna pour sa bienveillance et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 😍

Apparemment à 5m de vois ferres, passage du train de 6h à 23h. Sur le site ebookers c’est marqué chambre insonorisée et coin salon sépare, pur mensonge ! Les ports claqués et c’est fermé pas bien, on attend des voisins parler et passage du train en prime pour réveil à 6h matin, coin salon n’est pas séparer. Salle des bains l’année 80, pression duché très faible. Point fort personnel sympas, proximité du centre.

구시가지 골목 안에 위치한 작은 호텔. 친절한 마담과 잘 생긴 총각이 반겨줍니다. 전반적으로 오래된 건물이지만, 열심히 관리한 흔적이 보입니다. 술탄 아흐메트 광장도 가깝고 다니기 좋아요.
