Staff were helpful & room was really nice! Other than the lobby being refinished, it's a nice hotel, close to transport & restaurants!

My only issue is the location took me to another property on the opposite side of where the hotel was located.

No friends allowed to chill in the room

I was so embarrassed that the reception stopped me from hosting friends in my room for an hour. They were stopped, interrogated and sent out.

The manager is rude... I was given a room in a basement ! I have never been in a hotel that provides rooms this way. When I asked to move upstairs... The manager was rude and asked me to cancel and they will refund !!

Beautiful room at Taksim Square

If you want convenience and a lovely room this is for you. The room was spacious and a wonderful rain head shower. The room overlooked the new Mosque at Taksim Square, and you will definitely hear the call to prayer throughout the day (starting maybe 3am!!). Also there is noise from the taxi traffic at weekends. But overall a great experience.
