Nice place friendly s staff the only problem that there was a night near the hotel the music was so loud till 2 am and the bed wasn’t so comfortable.

This property is horrible! Electricity was cut in the night and the staff told me to use my phone flashlight as light … ! There was bed bugs and the staff refused to relocate me to another room.

First the did give me the wrong room but the front desk guy he did fix it for us he was so nice I can’t say anything about that…….but the hotel is old and dirty the rooms are dirrrrty the fridge doesn’t work I spent 2 hours in that hotel my son got was itching and hand turned red I left the hotel booked another one and pick up my stuff i was out with in 2 hours staying in

I do not recommend you to go to this hotel. It has many old equipment and is not clean at all. The room had a bad smell. The internet did not work and many other problems.

Not worth one star

There was a smell of sewage in the rooms. All day and night noise. You hear an ambulance all the time. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel does not have a lobby, they just rented it to a restaurant. Small rooms. And at the end of the stay they wanted to charge us for every wash of towels.

Old sagged beds and bad manager

The beds were horrible. The manager was rude and changed our 4-person room to a 3-person one for a couple of days one of us did not show up even though we had paid for it. We could not get any sleep due to the horrible old mattress. Towels were wet, staff were all nice, but the manager was not.

La chambre 706 qui nous a ete attribuee donne sur une rue tres frequentee et donc tres bruyante (klaxons, sirenes). Qui plus est, la fermeture des fenetres est imparfaite ce qui nuit a l'isolation.

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla. Huonot puolet ovat kova meteli yö aikaan yökerho alakerrassa. Seinät hotellissa ovat paperia sillä kuulet naapurien keskustelut. Olin varannut huoneen parvekkeella ja minulle annettiin tavallinen huone ilman parveketta. Asia kuitenkin korjattiin kun valitin asiasta, mutta tähän meni turhaa aikaa. Parvekkeellinen huone oli kuitenkin kalliimpi ja olin sen maksanut joten pidin puoleni. Hissi ei aina toiminut joten hyvää kuntoa vaaditaan jos olet ylemmissä kerroksissa. Samoin avain kortti oveen ei toiminut jos kävit ostoskeskuksessa. Piti aina aktivoida uudestaan.

Nettes Hotel mit Abstrichen.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich sehr nett. Leider ist der Eingangsbereich und der Frühstücksraum nicht so einladend. Könnte besser sein. Das Frühstück ist auch nicht so toll, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Zentrale Lage. Sehr nahe zum Taksim Platz und zur İstiklal Straße. Super Aussicht auf den Bosporus und die asiatische Seite. Zumindest unser Zimmer 601. Personal ist leider unprofessionell aber nett.
