Felaket ötesi.

Kahvaltı felaketti tek tabak 3 zeytin 1 parça peynir salam ve kapalı piknik reçel tereyağı. Otel içi olmasına rağmen karton bardakla çay. Oda manzaramızı fotoğrafalara ekledim. Minibar dolabı var içi boş. Su istedik 18 saat sonra yalvararak aldık. Parasını haketmeyen hizmeti sıfır bir otel. Yazık istanbul turistik yerde fuar alanlarına yakın olmasına rağmen işletme bilgisi olmayan bir otel.

Isıtma yetersiz odalar buz gibi

Odalar buz gibiydi, camlardan soğuk giriyor ve klima hiç yeterli değildi. Ekstra ısıtıcı istedik fakat ellerinde bulunmadığı, tükendiği söylendi. Demek ki birçok kişi aynı dertten muzdarip olmuş.. Gece o kadar soğuk oldu ki otelde konaklayamadık kalktık evimize gittik!

Agréable sejour !

Accueuil agréable, pas d’attente vous venez et en même pas 2minutes on vous monte à la chambre. Lit super confortable !! Grande chambre pouvant accueillir 3 personnes avec des grands lits. Grande salle de bain propre. Le personnel est adorable. Au 6eme étage vous avez un restaurant où vous pouvez prendre un excellent petit déjeuner ou dîner tout en profitant de la vue. Seul point faible: nous n’avions aucune vue, on voyais un mur et l’appartement en face (environ 6/7mètre)

Not so good breakfast

Okay place overall. The breakfast was not good at all. You only got 3 baguettes with very little to choose from. Not your typical turkish breakfast at all. The restaurant told me it was full when I tried to book a table for two. But when my friend called they let him book a table.. Avarage hotel.

Rooms are spacious and have a great view of the water. Our room 409 had a smell that we could not rid despite plenty of air freshener. We stayed in suites that have no stove tops or microwaves. Ate at nearby restaurants most of the time, so can't comment on the eating facilities. However, the lack of takeaway coffee/tea is a bit annoying.

denn es gibt auch keinen. Hotel, baulich und einrichtungstechnisch ok, wenn es nicht regnet. Wenn es regnet, wie während unseres Aufenthaltes muß man halt Handtücher vor die undichten Terassentüren legen. Sauberkeit war ok. Seifenspender sollt man halt aufffüllen bevor neue Gäste kommen. Bett arg durchgelegen. Es hat sich auch noch nicht herumgesprochen, daß eingebeute Kühlschränke eine Wärmeabfuhr brauchen. Personal im front office nur einsprachig (türkisch), desgleichen beim Frühstück. Frühstück ist sein Geld nicht wert. Kaffee wird nur nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung serviert. Ambiente: Eigentlich wunderbar am oberen Teil des Goldenen Horns gelegen. Leider nur über die Buslinien 47 zu erreichen. Negativ: Dierkt nebenan ist das AKP-Hauptquartier Istanbul. damit lungern die meiste Zeit irgendwelche Kleptomanen vor dem Haus herum. Insgesamt: schlechtes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis, nicht empfehlenswert

bir daha asla...air condition sadece soguk ufledi sordum yazlik sisteme aldik dediler, tv'de sadece arap kanallari vardi yine sordum buraya cogunlukla arap musteri geliyor ondan dediler.2 * bir hotelin kahvalti sunumu vardi ve ucretli oldugunu da sonradan ogrendim.Cikarken fatura verilmedi isteyince adresinizi alip gonderelim dediler. Fiyat kalite kategorisinde kaliteye gore fiyat yuksek.Zincir hotellerin profesyonelligi asla yok.

Fantastic!

A lot of great hotels in Istanbul, but this one offered huge, comfortable rooms for bargain prices, was overall in top-shape and had a great location near the river.
