I like the hotel because it’s was nice and close to where I was going. And it’s nice and clean. But the staff especially a guy named Ali was really rude and unprofessional in his attitude towards me when I asked him something. And the window was making a big noise all night. I had reported it to the staff when I checked out.

I had a pleasant stay at The Cettia Istanbul. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. A special thanks to Mehmet Ali at reception, who was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I would gladly stay here again.

Samet and the other guy that works the front desk were very helpful at checkin and checkout. However, I would not recommend this hotel because the A/C was not capable of getting cold. From what we were told told, the coldest it gets is 23c. This is not very cold, specially for hot Istambul days.

Great stay, very clean with a beautiful view and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff made it feel like home. Batuhan was very helpful at the entrance and with arranging taxis, and Ali Koşka at the front desk was kind and professional. Would definitely come back.

Great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Ali Butuhan, he was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He made the whole experience much smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, and big thanks to Ali for the excellent service.

The location is very central and close to the M6 metro line. Our room was small but clean. We had a great view of the Bosphorus from our window. The staff were helpful except for a miscommunication about the complimentary snacks which turned out to be not complimentary.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The staff was amazing. They were polite and patient. Turkey has different electric sockets, and hotel had thought of keeping plugs for different people traveling from different parts of world. Little things show that they care about the customer. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but the hotel staff more than makes up for it. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.
