We visit Istanbul every year. we liked the G Hotel, My room was great. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, and Neda was always accommodating any requests. She was wonderful. We extended our stay and enjoyed the hotel.

One of the best hotels.

Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. 30 minute cab drive for the sultan ahmet square also roughly 20-30 minute drive to the Asia side of istanbul which is fine as there is a cab stand right next to the hotel.

The hotel is well positioned but the care is not exactly the best. The cleaning is bad. Not having breakfast included I paid €15 a day but it's not worth it. The breakfast staff come to the table and ask you for a good review. There is a Gitaly restaurant and it's good but too expensive.

BETTER SERVICE PLEASE

First we were given keys to an occupied room in the late hours of the night. Could be human error but no real apology. Then breakfast was an extreme uncomfortable experience. They could not find us on list. Had to leave area n run to reception... BAD SERVICE!

It’s a 5 star hotel but, Air conditioners not working My toilet got broken 4 times (it’s not a typo, 4 times). I couldn’t use the toilet for whole day. Definitely no internet connection. I have test results as well They don’t even give you toothpaste but I think I can live with that Reception completely unreachable. You won’t be able to reach them in any hour of a day. Open buffet was the worst. Only sausage and two types of cheese and one type of bread. That’s it. You call housekeeping and they only drop slippers and yeah, that’s done. Room was dirty when I got. Furnitures were left with notes (like measurements they write on boards while they’re producing. You know, they left it on there, didn’t even clean it) No menu, no phone number list in the rooms either. You have to memorize it. Restaurant number is outer number that’s unreachable from hotels phone you have to use your own phone to order something and need to pay at the door. Housekeeping doesn’t care about “do not disturb”. Walls were dirty either. You cannot turn off all the lights as well if you don’t use “master off” button which kills all plugs too. Charging and closing the lights at the same time is impossible. Sefinitely doesn’t deserve the money that you gave. I’ve stayed many hotels before, even with the cheapest ones. But this one was the worst. Never again. And if you care about your comfort, go somewhere else.
