Good location and facilities.

I liked the facilities including in door and outdoor pools and sauna. The area around hotel has enty of restairants, cafes and shops. The vie of Bosforus is also great.

Friendly staff and a convenient location with plenty of dining options and a nearby supermarket. We were upgraded to a Suite with a stunning Bosphorus view and spent our last two days enjoying the comfort and scenery. The room wasn’t fully soundproof—we could hear street and sea noise—but it didn’t affect our sleep. A great stay overall.

Quiet understated luxury! Out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. Fantastic Bosporus view from most rooms. Solid open buffet breakfast. Stay here if you need to lay back and chill after hectic travels.

The reception staff and bellboy staff were very attentive. Before entering the hotel, I asked for the room to be decorated and they decorated the room very nicely and made us very happy with sweet fruit and drink treats. Loved this hotel - girlie trip spot for sures. We had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the spa – it's truly a standout feature and made our trip feel like a real escape. The facilities were spotless and relaxing, and the treatments were top-notch. Customer service was also a highlight; the staff were welcoming, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. While the food was just okay and the cocktails could use a little work, the overall atmosphere more than made up for it. With a few tweaks to the menu and drinks offering, this place could easily be five stars. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break, especially if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy some pampering.

The hotel is truly magnificent in terms of its location, staff and general features. Yes, the prices are generally high but the satisfaction is great in terms of the result. It didn't seem right that the parking lot was paid for hotel guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was very adequate. I am looking forward to the day I will stay again.

The first night the shower is blocked and overflow into the hallway. This was about midnight. They came and they sorted it out within five minutes. The second night we couldn’t get into the hotel because the generators which were supposed to switch in as there’s no electricity caught on fire so we had to wait outside for about an hour otherwise the hotel is great. Rooms are great that people are great. The service is great. I think we’re just a bit unlucky.

I have stayed at Tarabays several times. It is very nice and the staff friendly. This trip I had 2 issues: First, On my second night at the hotel someone was smoking heavily in their room next to mine and it kept me awake at night. I advised the staff the next morning. Second on my last night I stopped in the READ cafe for a bite but they were so busy I left after 20 minutes. c Otherwise the hotel is my favorite in Istanbul.

Very good but rooms cold..

Hotels location is excellent. Clean and all workers are wonderful. But we cold so much in the room. Room heater does not work. It is 22 degree and not increase and decrease. We called and want help several times but it doesnot change. So we are angry about this matter.

Had an amazing long weekend at the Grand Tarabya. A great room with a view over the Bosporus. Nestled along the shoreline within walking distance of a sleepy marina. Quiet and peaceful. Good service in general. The only improvement points being that they should allow guests of guests to conduct business meetings at the tables at the pool bar especially if said guest is clearly dressed not to use the pool or spa facilities. Additionally the speed of ordering and delivering food at the pool bar was very poor. It took almost an hour to get a light snack. Other that perfect
