Its not a 4 star hotel as described

The room was smelling so bad from smoking although I requested previously a non smoking room, they had no other better option so they brought a fragrance to kill the bad smell and opened all windows. Minutes later I noticed that all the carpet is so wet from a previous water flood from the toilet, the water looks brownish so I insisted to move out and they offered a nother room. The staff were cooperative and friendly.
