Mensen ga hier niet heen. Personeel is laks en niet erg behulpzaam. Als je vraagt clean room verwisselen ze bedgoed. Je moet je sleutel inleveren als je kamer schoon wilt want er is maar 1 sleutel. Douchewand zat los. Je moet slippers dragen in badkamer. Airco werkte niet naar behoren. Je moet zelf om schone handoeken vragen, geen fatsoenlijke kussens. handdoeken wc papier en douche set. Geen schoonmaak wasbak doen Ze niet vloer ook niet. Ik heb zelf maar bleek gekocht om wc schoon te maken. En electriciteit ligt er vaak uit. Expedia.nl dit is een rode vlag.

Jag har precis checkat ut från hotellet. Hotellet gör sitt jobb bra – varken mer eller mindre, utan på en bra och balanserad nivå. Jag bokade ett budgetrum men fick ett rum med fin utsikt, vilket var en trevlig överraskning. Personalen var vänlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående under hela vistelsen. Med tanke på priset tycker jag att hotellet erbjuder bra valuta för pengarna. Rummet motsvarade förväntningarna utifrån vad jag betalade, och helhetsupplevelsen var positiv.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh local and international options each morning. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. The team went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure our visit was enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would happily stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Although we had booked the room months in advance and informed the property about our late arrival around midnight, there was no one available for check-in when we arrived. After waiting and asking unhelpful neighbors, we were directed to another nearby building managed by the same property. When a staff member finally arrived, we were shown a room on the third floor with no elevator, accessible only by very narrow and unsafe staircases. Our request for a first-floor room was refused. We were then offered a room in the other building with an elevator, but at almost double the price, which was very disappointing given the inconvenience.

We arrived and were immediately hit by a strong smell of cat urine throughout the property. There was even a mattress dumped in the corridor, making the place look filthy and neglected. It was so bad that we couldn’t even stay the night and left without checking in. We told the staff how horrible it was, but they did nothing to address it and showed no concern at all. I would strongly advise avoiding this place until it’s properly cleaned and managed.

Very very unclean. The room was very dirty. There was hair on the bed. There was stains on the towels. There was dirt on the walls. The ac was dirty and did not work. Only thought to book this as it was affordable and local to where i needed to stay. However, after that i would have been happy to pay more. The staff were lazy and unhelpful. Wouldnt reccomend at all. I ended sleeping in my day clothes and putting a tshirt over the pillow. Made me very sick. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK

Good size rooms with helpful staff, its hard to find on Google map better to use Kare Hotel in google map which is next to it and Lola hotel reception is located at The Reina hotel opposite to the road
