I really recommend this hotel, the location is amazing the staff are very friendly and great customer service they do anything to make you feel like home. So…. If you are planning to go to Istanbul, this hotel is the best, no question about it. Me and my husband were there for a week and it felt like they go far beyond the expectations to please you. So if you are planning to go…..don’t forget to make a reservation at this hotel I really recommend it.

Amazing location. Lovely quiet, clean room but the real standout here is the staff. The guys on the front desk are so lovely and patient. We were only in Istanbul for two days, but they gave us a lot of useful advice and suggestions. On our way home from Istanbul we were almost at the airport when they texted us to let us know we had left my phone in the room. I was distraught but they quickly called a cab and had the cab driver deliver the phone to the airport. They saved the day!!!
