I was thoroughly impressed by the front desk attendant’s exceptional hospitality. Even with his right arm in a sling due to injury, he graciously offered to assist me with my luggage using his left hand. I declined with thanks, but his gesture spoke volumes.

The room was not clean at all, bathroom smells bad, we paid for one room with 3 bed, but one twin bed mattress was the worst, even we notified the front desk they said they would put another mattress but they never did, there was a small fridge on the side but no outlet to plug it, floor was so dirty, I would say the lady who was preparing the breakfast was the best friendly and very hospitable.

Nulla di quanto mostrato nelle foto dell’hotel rispecchia la realtà. Le camere erano in pessime condizioni: porte rotte, maniglie mancanti, fili scoperti e sporcizia evidente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato persino cartoni di yogurt per terra, che non sono mai stati rimossi nemmeno durante le presunte “pulizie” giornaliere. Le tovaglie non sono mai state cambiate, abbiamo dovuto chiederlo noi più volte, così come il rifornimento di saponi e carta igienica, che non veniva mai effettuato spontaneamente. L’hotel si trova in un seminterrato (basement) e le camere con presunta “vista mare” davano in realtà su una sorta di discarica. Il personale, sia alla reception che durante la colazione, è stato costantemente sgarbato e infastidito. La sala colazione offriva pochissima scelta; mancava addirittura l’acqua naturale. Il soggiorno è assolutamente sconsigliato a chi vuole godersi una vacanza a Istanbul. Non tornerei mai più in questo hotel. Ultima, grave nota negativa: il servizio transfer. All’andata era completamente inesistente (sostenevano di averlo inviato, ma nessuno rispondeva ai messaggi e non abbiamo trovato nessuno al punto di ritrovo). Al ritorno il transfer è arrivato con 20 minuti di ritardo, rischiando di farci perdere l’aereo. Inoltre non erano state fornite indicazioni corrette sull’aeroporto e l’autista, che non parlava inglese, stava dirigendosi verso quello sbagliato.

abbiamo avuto problemi al nostro arrivo, dicendoci che non lavorano molto con expedia, non avevano visto la nostra prenotazione, immagina la nostra reazione... dopo qualche oretta e varie proposte orribili che non sto ad elencare ci hanno proposto un'altro albergo li vicino ma più vecchio. quindi invece di 2 doppie camere abbiamo avuto 1 doppia a 2 singole al primo e secondo piano con scala a chiocciola e senza ascensore, fantastico per le mie ginocchia!!!!
