Fantastic hotel

I absolutely love this hotel. The location is really good, just off the main road. The rooms are large and plenty of sunlight. We were upgraded to the 4th floor with a terrace. Wow what a view and just love sitting there soaking up the sun. The staff are really friendly and the place is clean and efficient. Its not as fancy as other hotels and the breakfast is fairly simple but other than that i cannot fault it. Highly recommend it.

Friendly staff , accommodating too. The area was close to shops and food that accept either cash and/or card. About 12-15 mins walk from a Baha’i holy place. Just one comment at about 2100 noticed that room may smell smoke (2 evenings) hmm

Hotel have good location, cheap price and always available rooms. Breakfast satisfy. But hotel has very old maintenance. No tea pot in the room. This hotel I will add to the list "never come back again".

As a traveling solo female it is important to feel safe. Thank you, TUGRA. The staff was professional and kind. I appreciate how they spoke English and Spanish. I was happily impressed as my questions were thoroughly answered. Stores, food, and the local Grand Bazaar Shops were all in walking distance. ATMs were also located inside bazaar and that was good. I felt very pleased with my choice of Hotel. Thank you, TUGRA.
My view and open air breeze from the balcony was lovely. I also appreciated how the managing staff always greeted me. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and tea was offered to me as I made myself present upon my return from my outings. All lovely!
