I was robbed by this hotel, they charged my card a cancellation fee and they charged me a different rate than the one in the booking

Apartmandan bozma
Odaların içinde hamam böcekleri geziyor. Sigara kokusu her yere sinmiş, gece uyumakta zorlandım. Duş başlığı asma yeri dahi kırıktı. Perde kornijleri bozuktu, perde yere düştü. Söyledim, yarım saate kadar arkadaş göndereceğiz dediler, kimse gelmedi. En son pencereye sıkıştırdım. TÜYAP'ın yanında olması çok avantaj ama bence biraz daha paraya kıyıp, normal bir otele gidin. Görevliler güleryüzlü olarak yardımcı oluyormuş gibi davranıyor ama sadece geçiştirip hiç bir şey yapmıyorlar.
