"L’hôtel n’est pas du tout celui proposé sur les photos c’est un autre hôtel y’a clairement un hors mensonge et c’est inadmissible, la personne de l’accueil nous a dit qu’on a pris une chambre éco et qui est donc dans une cave mais comme il es sympa il nous donne une chambre à l’étage. Chambre très ancienne qui ne correspond pas du tout à ce qu’on a réserver "

"Tayfur is very accomodating. Gave some recommendations on where to dine and what to try. Room and restroom is quite small but can provide majority of your needs. This place is okay for solo travellers who will be outside most of the time."

"We reserved one week and we couldn't stay for only one night because the hotel was so dirty and the bathroom so tiny and I wasn't able to use and moldy, I requested refund for whatever they can offer and they refused to pay anything back and we left, Hotel must be outside Expedia!"

"Kıyafetlerimizi yerleştirirken Galataya çıkma ümidiyle acele ettik ve bir an durup yatağa baktığımızda nevresimlerde traş olunmuşcasına kılları gördük. Görevliye ulaştığımızda nevresim değiştirileceğini belirtti fakat zaten teslim almamız gereken saatten 2 3 saat geç vardık otele hazırlanmasını beklerdim. Ayrıca sürpriz yapacağım romantik minik detaylar bırakır mısınız diye yazmıştım herhangi bir not falan hiçbir şey yoktu."

"The hosts are really nice but the property needs to be improved. The floor was coming off in places. Some of the drawers were broken. There were no soaps or shampoo on the room when we arrived. We had to ask for them but we didn't get them on time for our first shower. After travelling for 24 hrs it want funto shower without soap or shampoo. The room was big though and it was in an excellent location. Also make sure you don't get stuck outside the hotel. The hosts don't respond if you ring the...
