Short walk downhill from the Havaist stop. Convenient location. Checked in very late due to a severely delayed flight. My room was clean and refreshed daily. Overall nice quiet place to stay with friendly staff(family).

Kalacak temiz bir oda beklentiniz varsa kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz. TÜYAP fuar alanına yakın, toplu taşımaya yakın ancak genel itibariyle İstanbul’da boğaza yakın semtlerde işiniz varsa trafik problemi yüzünden biraz düşünülebilir.

Впечатление хорошее. Отношение дрюжелюбное. Цена приятно удивила. Есть номера с душем, есть с отдельным душем на первом этаже. Мы по невнимательности выбрали именно такой и ходили в душ на первый этаж. Wi-Fi в отличии от большинства отелей работал четко и ни разу не подвел. Рядом есть хорошие и недорогие кафе. Выставочный комплект Туяп через дорогу в 10 минутах ходьбы.

Nice, Clean and Comfortable

All in all a very comfortable experience. The place is a residential villa run by a very polite and welcoming family. Although only the son spoke English we found no problem in communicating using translators. The place is clean, the location is on top of the hill with a very nice view of the sea from the front roons. Bus station is 5 min walk (a bit up hill climb). We stayed one week in front (room no 6) which was very good in size and view. We extended 4 more nights but had to move to another room at the back (room no 3) as the front rooms were not available. The back room felt small and over looked a nursery school which sometimes was a bit noisy with children learning English language by singing. The place is 40 min walk or 3 bus stops from the beach. The walk is downhill. I would not recommend trying to walk back as it is a steep climb. There is a small size shopping mall anout 20 min walk with some of the high street brands.
