"The location was great, but it’s a very loud local street. Don’t expect to get a good night sleep. It’s also extremely humid in the apartment, the AC doesn’t help. The photos in the listing are good and that’s why we booked it, but the place is MUCH smaller in real life. There were four of us and it was definitely too small for four people. "Yes- the terrace had spectacular views and perfectly located. Communication with host and entry was was easy and prompt. However, the photos are not as the property is today… no washer, no hair dryer, no ability to cook in kitchen as advertised - things are broken, and the apartment needs so much maintenance in everything. The elevator does not take you to the door- another set of stairs going up is required. It was very cold at night and then very hot in the day in April. If things are fixed...

"I booked 2 rooms, when I came to the hotel, despite talking to me on WhatsApp in the morning they never mentioned that one room got cancelled, they only mentioned about it when I asked them. Instead of getting a refund, they said the other room can accommodate 4 people, which did not make sense to me, as I booked another room, I paid for it. I asked for a refund for the room, they agreed to it, and on Expedia they declined the request, despite going back and forth, I did not get my refund."

"The location for this hotel is absolutely terrific. You are a 10-12 minute walk from the galata tower, not very hilly may I add. About a 5 minute walk from tophane tram station and lots of food options nearby. Loved the vitamin bar (fresh juice) especially. Please be aware that if you are planning on going towards taxim, the roads are super hilly. If you are someone that is not used to a lot of incline, you will struggle.
