"Good location"

"I booked 2 rooms, when I came to the hotel, despite talking to me on WhatsApp in the morning they never mentioned that one room got cancelled, they only mentioned about it when I asked them. Instead of getting a refund, they said the other room can accommodate 4 people, which did not make sense to me, as I booked another room, I paid for it. I asked for a refund for the room, they agreed to it, and on Expedia they declined the request, despite going back and forth, I did not get my refund."

"The host was lovely and so was the cleaning lady who helped us check in and drop our bags off early. There was air conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room. The only downside was that it was on quite a touristy street which may not be to all travellers' liking, however was quite quiet overnight."

"The location was great, but it’s a very loud local street. Don’t expect to get a good night sleep. It’s also extremely humid in the apartment, the AC doesn’t help. The photos in the listing are good and that’s why we booked it, but the place is MUCH smaller in real life. There were four of us and it was definitely too small for four people. If you’re looking to stay for 2-3 days it’s fine, but definitely overpriced for the quality."

"The location for this hotel is absolutely terrific. You are a 10-12 minute walk from the galata tower, not very hilly may I add. About a 5 minute walk from tophane tram station and lots of food options nearby. Loved the vitamin bar (fresh juice) especially. Please be aware that if you are planning on going towards taxim, the roads are super hilly. If you are someone that is not used to a lot of incline, you will struggle. Google maps may say 15mins but will take you about 35mins. Luckily this...

"Emplacement idéal ! Notre hôte a été très réactif lors de nos échanges. Draps et serviettes propres, terrasse agréable pour boire un verre. Possibilité de prendre des boissons chaudes dans la chambre mais pas possible de manger car très très peu de vaisselle. Nous avons choisi cette chambre pour son emplacement."

"We really appreciated these lovely accommodations. This was in a fantastic location and was very well-appointed. Erdem and Burcu were so helpful and kind when I called when I had trouble (it was my fault for not reading instructions properly) with the location of the apartment. We also used their services for transpo to and from the airport and they were great! I highly recommend this place and their services!"

"Once we were in contact with the host via WhatsApp, the check-in process went smoothly. There was a tram station two blocks down the hill from the apartment that took us into the Old Town, so transportation was great."
