"I booked 2 rooms, when I came to the hotel, despite talking to me on WhatsApp in the morning they never mentioned that one room got cancelled, they only mentioned about it when I asked them. Instead of getting a refund, they said the other room can accommodate 4 people, which did not make sense to me, as I booked another room, I paid for it. I asked for a refund for the room, they agreed to it, and on Expedia they declined the request, despite going back and forth, I did not get my refund."

"Once we were in contact with the host via WhatsApp, the check-in process went smoothly. There was a tram station two blocks down the hill from the apartment that took us into the Old Town, so transportation was great."

"Don't waste your money booking this property, it's terrible, it's very hard to get there by any kind of transportation, they trick you by saying parking is available but when you arrive they say no parking go park somewhere, the apartment is unhealthy to stay at has no ventilation, no day light it's like a tomb, and the price is so high for what you get, MY ADVICE TO YOU IS GO FIND ANOTHER PLACE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE."
