When I asked for a room they were charging me double the price which was on expedia until I said I'm reserving through expedia. Then they said that will take longer etc I said I will wait. I had no help with my luggage bringing them in the hotel until I went to reception and paid for rooms and then someone helped me. The view of room on expedia was different to the one given to me. The location had two malls we went to one mall and used taxi took a few minutes.

I liked the staff and service, however where the hotel is located is not near any tourist areas and it requires transportation for everything. I noticed the USA currency is strong in Turkey, however due to significant amount of inflation even a can of Soda was $5.00 on premises.

The location of the hotel was very stratigraphic. The room service was good. The cleanliness of the hall could be better. The reception staff was not as friendly as expected. Overall, the experience would be rated at 7/10.

The area around isn't the best or friendliest for foreigners, but inside felt a little like a haven. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and staff is nice. However, the hotel is a little stinky, and so although it is very clean and well-kept, perhaps because there isn't good enforcement of smoking areas, it doesn't feel as clean (because of the smells). It's a pretty building, but for the price and photos, it was a little disappointing. The breakfast almost makes up for it though-- great breakfast.

Highly recommend staying here. We had another place booked but were very unhappy and booked here the night before hoping it was better. It was amazing, the staff were amazing with helping us get around with transportation and recommending things to do. The room had a fantastic view, very clean and had no problem with it at all. Food from restaurant was also good, my daughter had to take an exam and it had great wifi and was very quiet so she could complete it. You won’t be disappointed staying here.
