"A fantastic stay! Each member of staff we came across were very friendly and polite, always on hand to help if required. We had breakfast included where you could choose food from a menu, as well as going up to a buffet. So much choice! Special mention to the breakfast staff who brought out a cake and candle to me, as it was my birthday (they must have it flag on the system!) A lovely touch. We didn’t use the pool, however, the area always looked inviting, clean, and never full. The rooms were outstanding with their decor and cleanliness. The views alone were fantastic, watching the cruises dock and depart. The hotel also offer transfers which took the pressure off trying to book taxis to get to the airport. Overall a great stay, we will be back! "
