Great for a weekend but that's about it

Decent hotel. Pretty much what I expect from a three and a half to four star hotel. I most likely will not return for longer stays because the rooms are just too small. 237 Square feet is just too small to stay for an entire week. It's okay for a weekend and that is just my opinion. The breakfast was okay. Nothing spectacular but nothing too basic either. One thing did catch me off guard. The bacon looked nearly raw and barely cooked. I thought that was very bizarre considering barely cooked bacon can make you seriously ill. If you don't eat the bacon and you only there for a weekend it's a great place to stay.

Fui colocado no segundo andar, nos quartos com acessibilidade, que não seria meu caso, e o banheiro não tem box e sim uma simples cortina bem, mas bem simples, como não existe uma queda de água no chuveiro, o banheiro ficou todo molhado, da água que escorreu, e também não tem ralo, então fiquei a diária toda com aquela água, toda vez que ia no banheiro molhava os pés, outra questão o frigobar, barulhento ao extremo, a ponto de incomodar o sono

Sempre amamos, mas desta vez deixou a desejar.

Minhas avaliações anteriores foram sempre extremamente positivas, mas desta vez as coisas foram razoáveis. Motivos: chegada, não recebemos nenhuma ajuda com nossas malas (precisávamos de um carrinho). Check-in: como já ficamos inúmeras vezes neste hotel, pedimos por um apartamento em andar alto/silencioso - recebemos um ao lado do elevador. Retornei ao balcão e me informaram que o hotel estaria lotado sem nenhum outro apartamento casal, exceto os adaptados. Não me ofereceram a opção de um upgrade de acomodação nem a opção de mudança no dia seguinte. Restaurante: pegamos uma água com gás, e pedimos que fosse lançada em nossa despesa do apartamento. Mais tarde, ligaram que era preciso pagar a água pois o restaurante fora terceirizado. Café da manhã: bom, mas não peça itens especiais para a cozinha, a não ser que realmente tenha tempo para esperar. Enfim, hotelaria depende de conseguir dar uma boa experiência aos hóspedes, e hóspedes recorrentes deveriam receber ainda mais atenção. Parece que houve uma mudança de proprietários da rede e já deu para ver que correm o risco de perder a mão do negócio.

Fiquei hospedado no Novotel Itajaí por 10 dias consecutivos e gostaria de deixar meu feedback. Pontos positivos: o atendimento é, sem dúvida, um dos grandes diferenciais do hotel. A equipe da recepção foi sempre cordial, solícita e eficiente. Gostaria também de destacar o trabalho da camareira, que manteve o quarto sempre impecável, com atenção aos detalhes e muita simpatia no trato. Pontos a melhorar: infelizmente, nos quartos em que me hospedei, a iluminação da escrivaninha não funcionava — algo essencial para quem precisa trabalhar ou estudar durante a estadia. Outro ponto é o café da manhã, que é fortemente baseado em opções de carboidratos (várias opções de pães). Faltam alternativas mais ricas em proteínas. Para estadias mais longas, o café também se torna repetitivo, pois o cardápio praticamente não varia ao longo dos dias. Teve um dia que serviram pipoca no café da manhã. Achei exótico. No geral, tive uma boa experiência, mas acredito que pequenas melhorias podem fazer grande diferença, especialmente para quem permanece mais tempo no hotel e busca conforto também na rotina.
