"When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"Very nice, staff were friendly, was well located. Parking is limited to 8 vehicles, but parking outside is safe as the hotel is next to the police station. Good option and perfect value for money. Breakfast was good too."
