"The big win for this hotel is the location, in the heart of the historic district. It's incredibly easy to get around on foot to many of the top visitor sights and sites as well as some great restaurants across different price points. It's also excellent value and the staff are really great and incredibly helpful and pro-active."

What was one of the most disturbing things about my stay was the front desk perrsonel....Ms. Diana. I believe in good customer service, and she lacks the grace and style to be the first face you see entering the hotel.
