"We loved our stay at the Hakuba Tokyu Hotel! We only had 2 nights in the area but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Happo One Gondola (and other ski resorts if necessary) and to the train station - very helpful! It is in an excellent location - close to the Happo One Gondola and plenty of places to eat. We ate in the hotel itself and the food and service were excellent. The onsen was incredibly clean and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this hotel...

"I wish I could give more than 5 starts in every category. Yuki, Yukiko, and David were all incredible. I booked this thinking it would be a nice hotel/ryokan and left with tears of joy, warmth, and happiness. The team here was so hospitable that this is also an understatement. This is a small business so it doesn't feel corporate but as if you are in their home (in the best of ways). Beyond this, I haven't slept on a more comfortable bed and pillow in ages. "The was absolutely no access to the internet either in the rooms or the public areas. I also was bitten by a bed bug from the extra bedding in the room cupboard. This hotel is fine for family groups and those who like regimented experiences but not for travellers wanting an more memorable onsen experience"
